He's the same character to me. I don't think much of his looks or acting, but he seems like a nice guy.
He doesn't do dumb. He seems to always play an intellectual, sometimes to the point of pomposity. I usually like him. Wasn't he on a tv show where his character was a former cop who talked to ghosts? I liked that one.
He would totally fit in with the rest of my husband's family. Same nose, same hair. I guess I have a type. :)
I'm with selenakyle - half sexy, half gross. I did love him in Independence Day, though. And Jurassic Park. (Hated The Fly - it creeped me out too much.)
