Lindsay Lohan Is Suing E-Trade For $100M

This story is all kinds of funny. Have you seen the E-Trade commercials where they use babies who have adult voices? I love them. They are really good and very creative and the babies are terrific actors. Lindsay, who has none of those qualities is suing the company for $100M. She says the ad which aired during the Super Bowl reminded the world of Lindsay Lohan. In case you can't watch the video below it is basically involves a boyfriend stealing milk-a-holic baby named Lindsay.

Lindsay's people must have been smoking something because they say Lindsay is a one word talent like Madonna or Beyonce. Uh huh. Her people are so utterly full of crap that it is disturbing. Plus, even if they were correct that it was an infant pretending to be Lindsay and addicted to milk how exactly is that damaging? Lindsay could actually use a person or two to believe she is into milk now. I think Lindsay is upset because the babies are more talented than her and probably made more from the commercial than Lindsay has or will all year from acting.

There is no way Lindsay Lohan sees a dollar from this. Although if she did, she would probably just spend it on booze and bad tanner anyway. For their part the advertising company says they always use names from their production team.

  1. Way to corroborate to the world that you are indeed broke, Lindsay. And whacked out.

  2. She'd have better luck buying a metal detector and looking for scrap to turn in for cash.

  3. I JUST read this and was checking to see if you had seen it yet, enty.

One name talent? Firstly, I'd like to introduce LL to the 3 or 4 Million young Lindsays out there....and the boys. What about that closeted douche Lindsay Graham?

talk about desperate and delusional. Her drug habit needs feeding, and no one wants to take still, airbrushed pictures of this trainwreck anymore.

  4. She needs to wipe her face. It looks like she either has a moustache, or poop on her top lip. Yuck!

  5. This girl is pathetic and delusional. So anytime the name LINDSAY is uttered we are talking about you please...GET OVER YOURSELF.

Enty, you have the wrong video.

  8. i can kind of understand why lindsay is saying this is about her - she is just crazy whacked out of her mind.

but her people? shouldnt they understand it will never work? Or are they binging with her? Or - and i guess this is the more likely explanation - there are no "people", just lindsay doing different voices to reporters.

  9. Wait, so she really thinks she is a one-word talent? I mean, maybe if they had used "Firecrotch" I could see her argument. But Lindsay is a pretty common name and I can think of at least a half dozen other celebs named Lindsay just off the top of my head.

    Cocaine is a helluva drug.

  10. 0, I was thinking the exact same thing - if they had used the name "Firecrotch", this lawsuit would have had some merit! *LOL* Is she going to sue everyone named Lindsay for copyright infringement now?

  11. Delusional and narcissistic - great qualities to have for a drug-riddled whore.

  12. Lindsay, drugs are bad, mkay?

Oh, and as I said on Dlisted, what idiot lawyer is dumb enough to represent this fruitloop? Barry Zuckerkorn?

  13. What a pathetic attempt at publicity for her "name" and, possibly, money. This is utterly ridiculous.

  14. Sue Ellen - I think that's because she's smoking. Have you seen her hands?!?!? Just gross. Seriously gross.

  15. She'll probably hoping they'll settle to get her to go away.

Even if they had specifically called the character "Lindsay Lohan" - 100 million? REALLY?

I can't feel sorry for her attorney(s) having to defend the merit of this either. All they see is dollar signs. No lawyer concerned with their business or reputation would touch this.

I hope E-Trade doesn't give her a dime, and makes her pay 100% of their court and attorney fees.

  16. This reminds me of when Spike Lee was suing Spike TV. It's not like they were targeting his audience, whoever that is, or showing his films and using his likeness.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Lindsay Wagner is also suing - she is suing Dina and Michael for the sullying of her good name.

There is also a movement from former Oompa Loompa's to sue Lohan because she has forever sullied the orange skin that they have trademarked. She is trying to move into their territory and become known for her orange face and hands (her line of fake tan is an example of heinous trademark theft) - they argue that when people thought of orange skin they always thought of them but she has stolen their thunder. There are talks of blue being the new orange but James Cameron has threatened to sue if that happens so it really is just a pickle in the wacky world of celebs.

LMAO. Lindsay and her "team" are so delusional.

Did Spike Lee ever win that suit against SpikeTV? That move kind of verified his douchiness to me back in the day.

  19. As for the Kanye lady - I read a wacky story about them (director and producer) falling out and not speaking for almost a year. She claims that he wouldn't talk to her about how they would approach accepting the award and that his mother tried to trip her with her cane as she raced to the stage. She claims that he made it about Prudence while she was the one who had found the band and so her speech was to remind people about the band... He claimed she was crazy and took herself out of the project. Poor Roger Williams, dude can't cut a break - he tried to give his speech on Larry King live and THEY cut him off. That's twice he has been Kanye'd and still no one has heard his speech. He should record it on his own and put it on You Tube.

Lindsay always looks a few showers short of clean anyway. I bet she smells bad.

The sad thing about these frivolous lawsuits is that the person being sued has to fork out $$$ to pay to defend themselves. I don't imagine this bothers E-trade all that much, as the resulting publicity will be worth much more, the litigation won't drag on for very long, but this is a totally ridiculous suit.

I'm wondering how being a milkaholic baby man stealer could possibly be a worse reputation than the one she already has, as a diseased, alcoholic, drug addicted, narcissistic man stealer?

  21. hmmm...I think we may have a class action lawsuit in the works...

    Lindsey Vonn
    Lindsey Price
    Lindsey Graham
    Lindsey Buckingham

As a matter of fact I have several friends who have named their kids Lindsey. They should jump on the bandwagon.

    LOL at the Firecrotch comments!!!

  22. Though I'll admit Lindsay is a complete MORON for filing this lawsuit I have to wonder who's doing more drugs...her or the lawyer who's representing her? You'd have to be high to think this case is a good thing to take on. I mean Gloria Allred isn't even touching this one!

  23. Ahhh ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaa.

    *pant, pant*

Bwa haaaaaaa, gag, choke, ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaa.

  24. Ya, I don't see the connection she's trying to make. Had the baby in question been a red head, in leggings with a really bad spray tan...perhaps. But I'd never equate milkaholic/aloholic with our Lindsay. Now, if they'd used a few other words like junkie or addict, then we'd have a winner.

    ReplyDelete
  25. i love this commercial and i never once even thought of her.
of course, now that the filthy skank has pointed it out to me, i'll be happy to think of her every time i see it.

i know the baby's a lot cuter and i'm sure, a whole lot cleaner than linds has been in years.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oooo... if she's got the copyright to Lindsay, does that also mean she owns "Blohan" and "Skank" and "Firecrotch" ?

    ReplyDelete
  27. I'm not a fan of E*Trade, but hope their lawyers come back and request sanctions against Lindsay's laywer for filing a frivolous and groundless lawsuit. What sort of research did they do on "Lindsay" being a one-name star? Start up a "Family Feud" game ("Name someone named 'Lindsay'") and then only ask drug dealers?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Etrade should now counter sue for contaminating their commercial with her stank now. No one thought it had anything to do with her before but now they will think of that crackhead and her fuckery instead of that adorable drunk, slutty baby. Way to fuck it up Hohan!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ahaha. I love this commercial.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hello-the ad was about milk NOT stank milk. Clearly not Lindsay.

    ReplyDelete
  31. she needs more drug money?? However lots of people besides her named Lindsay!! Maybe they can all sue!! Rolls eyes!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. The Lindsey's of the world should unite and sue her for defaming their good name. I have 2 friends with that name and don't like their name because of her.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Blohan is delusional as usual.

    ReplyDelete
  34. What kind of "team" does she have? Does this "team" consist of people that she has smoked, snorted or shagged with? Do they count as a team?
Please-this chick is a puff or snort away from being a egg cracking into a frying pan cliche'. Be gone Lohanaloonie!

  35. somethin' in this milk ain't clean.
It's so awesomely ridiculous, it can't be real. Nothing about this ad remotely reminds me of Lohan. Nothing. I don't even understand the baby when he says Lindsay. What a better way to promote your company than to generate some publicity like this? Pay off Lohan, who obviously will do anything for an eight ball, create some big story, and get everyone to publish this story. Great way to get your name everywhere, genius really. .. tabloid advertising is the next viral campaign.

Ok. Time for me to stop smoking weed.

  36. I hope the judge throws this out of court for being frivilous and then gives her a fine for waiting court time and taking up oxygen.

What a greedy moron she is!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I meant to say WASTING Court time not Waiting....*headdesks*

    ReplyDelete
  38. E-trade should send BLOhan a nice cheese basket for all of the publicity.

Remember: when she loses the case, she will be required to PAY FOR THE ATTORNEYS' FEES for the other side.... :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yeah, Lindsey, its the commercials that will make people question your character and integrity.

This just in: Upcoming counter suits to be launched against Ms. Lohan by angry parents for her ruining a perfectly good first name.

Moron, party of one, your table is now ready.

  41. um yeah, 'cause Lindsay is as rare a name as Madonna, Cher, Elton, Beyonce, Kanye etc.... get a grip, girl.

    ReplyDelete
  42. what's that i smell? is that desperation? you mean to tell me no one else in hollywood can be named or use the name lindsey? someone has a slightly inflated sense of self-worth

    ReplyDelete
  43. I love that commercial...

    ReplyDelete
  44. didn't she actually do one of those "got milk" with the painted on "milk moustache" a long time ago?
i was thinking she did, so i did think of her when i saw the ad, which made it totally, high-5 funny to me!
i still wish her luck in a law suit though.
now, if an orange, big-boobied baby-sitter in a cloud of smoke was hovering behind the babies, she MIGHT have a legging to stand on!

  45. wait, you changed the picture, you sneaky devil!
