Today's Blind Items
This porn actress/reality star is having to get her hip replaced. Not only is it because of all the sex she has had since she started doing porn, but she also has had so many injections in her legs because of her heroin use that she doesn't have proper blood flow in her legs which is causing them to wither away.

ReplyDeletePaisley...I agree--it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. She'd have to have the veins stripped or the whole leg replaced and, as far as I know, they're not doing that yet. ;o)

ReplyDeletePenny Flame was in Celebrity SEX Rehab, not drug rehab. She is in Sober House for SEX addiction, too, not partying. So I don't think it's her. Plus, from all I can see, she's keeping sober and has cleaned up.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, Mary Carey is a hot mess. I would believe that this blind is about her. Don't know of any reality shows in which JJ has appeared.
This is a sad blind, though. Whoever it is, she is probably relatively young--and is now at risk for losing a leg.

Jessica Sierra has also been sober for several years now and is doing very well.

The answer to the medical question is avascular necrosis (Google "avascular necrosis of the hip"). It makes sense. It also speaks volumes as to how much she uses.

ReplyDeleteMary Carey is not sober--check out Wikipedia for a quote from Dr. Drew. He said something like, "she puts together sobriety for six weeks at a time and then drifts away." Also, she was in a porn movie in the last year, which was clearly NOT recommended as part of her sobriety.

ReplyDeleteI know the blind doesn't say X porn star, but that is how I read it. This could be someone who used to do Porn and Heroin, and now has a reality show. Didn't Jenna and Tito have a reality show at some point?? I know she seemed to have gotten clean. This surgery could be to fix problems Heroin caused in the past. She now has twins and needs to keep up with them. The timing would make sense too. Didn't she have the twins about a year ago?

The terminology for the Medical Condition is "Avascular Necrosis". It happens more often than you would think. It means that the joint/bone is dying/rotting due to lack of blood flow.
