Joran van der Sloot Charged With First Degree Murder
Earlier this morning, Joran van der Sloot was officially charged with the murder of Stephany Flores Ramirez. Apparently his confession did no good because the charge is murder in the first degree which is great and means he will be in jail a lot longer if convicted.
Prosecutors said that he acted "with ferocity and great cruelty." They also released some new details about the crime. They say that Joran killed Stephany, took everything out of her wallet including cash and credit cards and then took off his own shirt and put it on her. Apparently he was going to try and stuff her in a suitcase and carry her out, but he was unable to do so.
He also told the police in Peru that he knows where Natalee Holloway is buried but would only discuss it with police from Aruba. Honestly, I know he killed Natalee but I bet her body is in the ocean and I don't think anyone will ever find her body.

I had never heard of how this monster kept busy between arrests -- Apparently, engaged in "white slavery" with Thai women, for whom he was paid 13,000 per victim. You have to be absolutely without empathy to lure someone into a situation where they'll be beaten, raped and exposed to HIV -- you'd have to be a sociopath, in fact. What a creep.
Finally! Justice for Stephany and somewhat for Natalee also. It will be awhile before the trial, but meanwhile he can cool his heels in a prison in Peru.
Wonder if those who covered for him in Aruba are getting nervous?
GOOD! Great news. I heard about the Natalee Confession (part 50) late last night. Yeah, talk it over to the Aruban officals. GREAT idea. I watched an episode of ID on this last night & they were interviewing Gerald Dompig re: the case and he was saying how pushy Natalee's parents were during the investigation. I guess anyone would seem pushy, when you are trying to cover up a murder for your friend the judge's son.
I have always thought they dumped her body too, but what if?? Really would love to see both sets of parents get closure.

Since he's being sent to prison to await trial, I wonder if he'll even live to go to trial. Small loss if he doesn't.
Enough already. Just off this damn psycho. He's never going to tell where Natalee's body was buried so keeping him alive in hopes that he'll tell is just a waste of everyone's time, money and energy. I can't stand the way he's been taunting her parents.

Please. Why would anyone believe anything that comes out of this coward's mouth? I'm sure he'll give precise directions to the location of Natalee's body, in the end zone of Giants Stadium.

i'm just kind of sorry his father didn't live to see that his sociopathic, serial murderer son isn't someone that should be aided in covering up his crime---he should be locked up, dead, whatever. just AWAY from society. he sees women as garbage, obviously.

Well Peru has no death penalty, but it's nice to know they sent him off to the worst possible prison in Peru, we can only hope he gets his bitch ass raped in prison, There is nothing they can do about Natalie it's pretty much a given fact that her body was dumped in the ocean and he should serve his entire sentence in a Peruvian prison, then once he's to be released (if he lives that long) Thai Police can arrest his ass and take him to a Thai prison.
We can only hope he lives the rest of his days in pure misery.

He's copping to the Holloway murder and will only speak to Aruban police in hopes he will be sent back to a Dutch territory to face a murder charges, or that Aruba will ask for his extradition after he is sentenced in Peru and spend his both sentences in a Dutch prison.
