Lindsay Lohan Stuff

For the second night in a row, Lindsay Lohan stayed home and self medicated in privacy rather than going out and facing the paps and partying until all hours of the night. There was not much to report on yesterday. Lindsay is supposedly asking that opening bids on her first post jail interview should start at $1M and go from there. Umm, let me tell you right now. If she gets paid that kind of money I will go absolutely crazy. There is no way you should reward someone for not being responsible or reward someone because they served 3 weeks in jail. For $1M, I would go spend 3 weeks in jail.

The world needs to shame every network and tabloid into doing what they did after Paris Hilton got out of jail. She thought she was going to get paid. The world came down hard and she ended up lying to Larry King for free. That is the way it should be. Don't pay someone for drinking and driving and not following the law because that is what they would be doing.

Lindsay fired her amazing lawyer and hired someone who became a lawyer in November. Good luck with that. But hey, she only charges about 10% of what Shawn did.

Michael also told Lindsay that he will visit her in jail every day and Kate Major will too. Good times. He said Dina Lohan probably won't because she is drunk half the time and stealing ice cream cakes.

Oh, and Lindsay says her sentence violates Article 5 of the UN. "It is clearly stated in Article 5 of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights that.... No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."

Umm, has she seen I Know Who Killed Me, because it was all of those things ans she got paid for my torture.

  1. Her parents failed her many times but the worst is not teaching her what responsibility is as well as owning your mistakes.

FFS she's 24, not 4. Enough of the BS already.

  2. Ah, I thought the lawyer quit rather than was fired? Hmm. If that's the case, I guess she blames the lawyer for her "cruel and unusual punishment".

And well said, EL. Hell, for $1 million, I"d do a month in jail. I definitely would.

    - This girl has reportedly signed on to play Linda Lovelace in an upcoming film.
I read parts of the script and wept. It truly is the VILEST thing.

    Oh Lindsay...

  4. I seriously doubt Lindsay fired Shawn Chapman Holley- I think it was becoming pretty obvious that Holley knew that she was on a rapidly sinking ship and it was time to jump overboard. That, and I would imagine that Holley is aware that she would likely not get paid by broke-ass Lohan. Not to mention she was practically babysitting a spoiled brat with a huge sense of entitlement yet no sense of responsbility.

The "fuck u" on the fingernail was likely the last straw, imo. Would you like to see pictures of yourself sitting next to a client who adorned their hands in such a fashion, plastered all over the internet?

  5. I thought California had a law stating that no one should profit from incarceration, or somehing to that effect. It's probably hard to uphold that when it comes to interviews, but maybe she could get some kind of a gag order?

  6. "...stealing ice cream cakes."

    LOL!!!

I guess it's a good thing that she's planning to spend the next week trying to get the judge fired and get herself out of the sentence instead of going on a bender or killing herself? Although, the fact that she compared herself to the woman who's been sentenced to be stoned to death makes me want to punch her in the face.

  7. Haven't I read parts of this post somewhere already?

Oh yeah, it was over at Dlisted some days ago.

  8. I was shocked that any lawyer would continue to represent her longer than a month.

  9. Lindsay's lawyers made a molehill out of a mountain, so now she is making a mountain out of a molehill because she would not follow the simple, easy terms of her probation. Anything for drama.

I won't be able to watch her $1million interview because I have prior plans.

  10. hey mina go f yourself and just stay on dlisted. Comments like that are not necessary.

  11. Jail isn't going to help. Neither is rehab. Hell, she could kill somebody and it wouldn't phase her.

She needs to be sent to a remote island somewhere. That's the only way she'll be able to get healthy. That or someone finally drops a house on Dina.

  12. I think she fired Shawn, and here's why. First of all, TMZ said the day after Lindsay was sentenced they called Shawn's office for a statement about something and was informed she was no longer representing her. They immediately had the name of her new attorney, a brand NEW attorney, as in, just got admitted to the bar last November. It's not someone that would have a good reputation already, so it wasn't likely that someone told Lindsay hey, you're lawyer didn't get you off, I know this great attorney that could probably do it, you should get her. She apparently just grabbed a random attorney, but the fact she did it so quickly makes it seem like it had to be Lindsay's decision. If Shawn had quit, Lindsay would have spent a couple days saying "what do I do now? who do I get now?"
Also, Dina made a comment that kind of supports Shawn being fired. She said something to the affect of "we are going to try something new and see if we can get this fixed" basically, which I immediately thought Shawn had been fired and they are going to try a different attorney and see if she can something different. Stupid, especially with a new attorney, but considering who made the decision, not surprising.

  13. I love how the best lawyer Lindsey can get is one that hasn't even been a lawyer for a year. So much for all of those "Hollywood connections" mags were talking about that were going to set her up so she could get out of serving the sentence.

  14. Jessica, I would take anything and everything that comes out of Dina Lohan's mouth with a very large grain of salt (and possibly a shot of penicillin). When has she ever been known as a harbinger or truth?

I get that the girl deserves what she has coming to her legally, but why so much hatred from everyone? I guess everyone loves to build celebrities up and then relish in their failures. No one is perfect, and she will learn one day that she screwed herself, but its a waste of energy to hate on the girl.

  16. Can someone please explain why she is still allowed to take that painkiller that was prescribed for her oral surgery?

  17. Yeah, I'd say her lawyer was fired... because she probably told LL that there was not a snowball's chance that she'd be able to appeal her sentence, and Miss Self-Entitled didn't like what she was hearing. So she hired someone else who would do what she demanded.

If she gets a penny from any organization over spending time in jail, then someone needs to have their head examined. Suck it up, go to jail, do the time, and then get out in your 10 or 15 days you'll have to serve and get on with your life. Everyone would quit talking about it and you can move forward. But no... that would be the adult way of handling things... the drama is MUCH more exciting.

I can't even stomach the whole Dina Lohan "my child! my child!" crap anymore. Your "child" could have killed someone by her stupidity and her ignorance. Being a "celebrity" does not excuse that behavior. That woman is just pathetic. I'm not one to wish bad things on anyone but for her - I wish for the one thing that would absolutely make her life miserable. Obscurity.

  18. Mina, I know what you mean. A lot of stuff I read on here I see on TMZ earlier in the day,but I still love this site. And MR, you said "Comments like that are not necessary." but yet you say "Hey mina go f yourself and just stay on dlisted."
You don't thinks comments like Mina's,which were just a opinion are necessary but yet you tell her to F-herself?

  19. If Michael Lohan and Kate Major are going to visit her every day, this may be the torture or cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment she is protesting against.

Jesus - being visited EVERY DAY by those two (undoubtably selling details of their visits) would ALMOST be punishment enough.

    Almost.

  20. It must be Friday.

I read the attorney quit because LL was 'looking for someone to blame".

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ok, I've been away for the whole week so I missed the Lindsay insanity.

Shawn saw this coming, there's nothing left to do and to appeal this sentence is just stupid. She should have been in jail a long time ago.

Dina is pissed because her free meal ticket won't be worthy while she's in jail. And the UN's article...is she f*king serious!?

    ReplyDelete
  22. She quoted from the UN? Wow. The entitlement this girl feels is unreal. She is so out of touch with reality.

Speaking of reality, why does everyone keep saying she is such a good actress? I recently watched Freaky Friday and Mean girls and to tell the truth, she did an okay job. Not an amazing job. Just an ordinary actress job. Good, not bad but not great. I don't get why everyone thinks she is so great and is sad over her career. Really?

  23. Not only is her new attorney, literally a NEW attorney - the law school she went to isn't even properly accredited. The only state this lawyer can practice in is California because she didn't go to a real lawschool.

Jesus. With all the law schools out there today she couldn't get into any of the accredited ones? Not even Cooley? Or Papito?

    ReplyDelete
  24. first of all, i don't think any lawyer worth a shit wants anything to do with this case---or HER.

second of all, i doubt if she could pay the freight even if they did. that's why she's got a new, wet behind the ears lawyer. cheaper. and she needs a start and this will give it to her.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Thanks Enty! I'm right behind you in line for this movement.

  26. The hatred towards Lindsay is because there have been multiple opportunities and leniency for all of this to have been prevented. EVERY. LAST. BIT. She's put many lives in danger, including her own, because of her reckless behaviors. The judge just awarded her a sentence that has the potential to save her life and she's resisting it and telling her to F off through her manicure. I get why people are put off by this. I'm one of them.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Does anyone know the visitation rules? I thought jail visits were limited to twice a week.

    ReplyDelete
  28. The best thing about this whole mess is if Dina wants to sneak a file into Lindsay in a cake she's going to have to pay for it herself at Carvels HAHAHAHAHAHA No more freebies.

    ReplyDelete
  29. visitation i think is only weekends.
and this isn't the first lawyer that's quit on her.
i have a hunch it was more of a mutual decision.
