Paris Hilton & Cy Waits Hit Photographer - Drive Away
Last night when Paris Hilton an her boyfriend Cy Waits were leaving from a restaurant, Cy managed to hit one of the paps with his car. According to TMZ, Cy said he didn't hear the person scream or the thump so kept right on driving. It was only later after someone sent him a text that he returned alone to face the police and pick up a ticket.
Here is the thing that bugs me about this. This is a pair that were stopped in Vegas about a month ago while they were in a car and both were arrested. I bet Cy did hear the photographer getting hit but wanted to make a sure a repeat of last month did not happen again. So, he goes home, drops of Paris, maybe gives the car a quick look through and then goes back to police. He says he was texted and that is why he knew to come back. Who texted him? One of the paps?
If you are coming back because there has been a hit and run, don't you think that your passenger should also be there? Did Paris also not hear anything? Well, she probably didn't because she was too busy listening to herself talk while looking in the mirror.

It's just a matter of time until someone dies in one of these situations. The paps swarmed the car and unfortunatley someone was hit. I'm sure paris called them herself to show up, and will now complain about how out of control things are. She creates drama, and then repeatedly gets away with it.
Things with paps are out of control, absolutely. That's how she makes her money. There should be more laws to protect everyone (paps, stars, innocent bystanders and even ebola paris).
It seems like Parisite is trying to out-do Blohan. Hasn't it always been a pissing match between them. Weren't they the two fighting over some teeny bopper fella many years ago?
I agree. And also, as the self- appointed post picture officer, I totally approve of using that shot of Paris or an equally embarrassing picture (as there are many to choose from in this case) for all Paris posts. So, we have mesh shirt for Mike Lohan posts, and crazy bearded Mel for his posts.

Paps swarming a moving car don't get a lot of sympathy from me even when they are shooting a loathsome piece of trash such as Paris Hilton.

Not defending the vile Paris but the TMZ report makes clear that the paps had swarmed the car, thorwing themslves on it, making it impossible for whoever is in the car to go. This happens more and more -- I think the paps should be sued too. I really do. There's no way to get out and the paps know it. It's sick actually.
Paris and her boyfriend are idiots but from the report I saw he told them to move so he could pull out but they continued to swarm the car. Was he supposed to wait until the paps were done taking pics? They are all vile (Paris, the boyfriend, paps) and should be dropped into a bottomless pit
My take: I watched the video. The paps were indeed swarming and I don't think either Paris or the driver guy would have heard anything amiss. Rate of speed was very low and there was plenty of commotion by the photogs themselves to block out any noise plus flashes reducing the driver's vision. IF he or she saw this particular pap, even from the video it looks like the individual might have faked it (though I don't think she did) to get a reaction/more shots of the two of them when/if the car stopped. Paris brings this crap on herself but so do all the paps.
All the injured pap had to do to avoid this was back off of a running car in which people clearly wished to depart.
As much as I despise Parasite Hilton (and by default anyone with her) the paps have this shit coming.
I'm surprised they aren't flattened like bugs on a daily basis.
