Lindsay Accuser Refuses To Cooperate - Supposed To Get $25K From Lindsay
Radar is reporting that the former employee of the Betty Ford Center who accused Lindsay Lohan of being drunk and assaulting her, accepted $25K from Lindsay and her people after agreeing to not cooperate with police.
The only thing is the payment never materialized. You mean Lindsay the thief went back on her word? Shocker! Apparently, Dawn Holland, the accuser wanted the money upfront, but Lindsay wanted to pay it over monthly installments. So, yesterday Dawn fired her attorney. She has hired a new lawyer now and after all the lawyers get done collecting fees, Dawn is not going to have much left of that $25K.
I'm not a lawyer but isn't all of this illegal? Why aren't they all in jail? (Again)

ReplyDeleteWhy is Lindsay worth any copy space? She is known for being a mean, drug-addicted drunk who likes to party and spend money. If rumors are true, add thief and liar to the list. She was once cute in movies, but she is no longer cute, and she may have fried her brain to the point she cannot remember lines much less act. She is not interesting; just the focus of one bad situation after another.

ReplyDeleteI don't think it's witness tampering either. This lady dropped the charges on Lohan in lieu of a 25k settlement. Unless Lohan reneges on the contract to pay this woman, then this all goes away.
But a real lawyer could probably tell you more and better than I could.

Is this really a settlement? To get the money, she had to agree not to cooperate with police. I dunno - sounds weird to me. If it is a legal form of settlement, and she's not been paid, then I hope she sues the pants off the Lohans.

Therefore no charges for Lohan and $$ for this woman.
Umm, yeah, she should have gotten the money up front. Did she not hear stories about LL before she entered in this agreement??

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a win/win for Lindsay. I don't think the woman can sue for breach of contract because the contract was to do something illegal. I don't think she can go to the police because changing her statement now means she lied to the police before. Making multiple polar opposite statements to the police does not make for a good witness. Lindsay's in the clear and she didn't even have to pay. Pretty good for a cracked out ho.

As for witness tampering, well - good luck proving it.
I have read this a bit diffrently on other sites. I read Lindsay's people agreed to have a meeting with Lindsay & Dawn take pictures and Dawn could sell the photos and pocket all the money. Once Lindsay's lawyer found out about it, put the kibosh on it. Leaving Dawn hanging out to dry after not cooperating with the police. Now all of a sudden Dawn wants to file charges against her.
