Break Up News
Olivia Wilde has called it quits with that Prince husband of hers. She and the Prince got married on a school bus when she was still a teenager, and for some reason it has not worked out. I know she was married but they are seen together less frequently than almost any married couple I have ever seen. Similar to the Goopster and Chris Martin, but I think they see each other every once in awhile to hang out with the kids. Olivia never seems to be anywhere with the Prince guy. Now, as her fame and demands keep increasing, this kind of seemed inevitable.
Jenny McCarthy says she and her boyfriend broke up. If you are keeping track, I think this was number three after Jim Carrey. Each boyfriend has got her some covers of tabloids and she even told Ellen she really was happy in this one. Well, now that her book tour is almost over and the publicity needs are not there, apparently the couple decided to go their separate ways. Well, to all guys out here who want to date Jenny, she is writing a new book now so just wait for the tour.
I didn't even know she was married.
ReplyDeleteMe neither RQ.
ReplyDeleteMe neither. Wasn't she supposedly with Chris Pine and a few other people? Or is that the other Olivia that I am thinking of, Munn?
ReplyDeleteDitto, RQ.
ReplyDeleteWhy is there always this pressure for celebs to be in a relationship? Why can't they just date around? In this case it was Jenny's choice, but the paps always make people bf/gf after one date. I think it's weird.
Ugh, MacVixen, why'd you have to mention the Munn Monster. I am so sick of her being on the 'Daily Show.' I thought they had higher standards than to hire someone based solely on T&A. :(
ReplyDeleteI can remember her talking about him in an interview re: the prince thing. Not surprised they broke up. Seems like two very different worlds.
ReplyDeleteJenny is writing ANOTHER book??
MacVixen, it was Munn who was with Chris Pine. He dumped her because she kept call the paps.
ReplyDeleteYeah, she married him when she was 18 I think; Right before she started in the OC yeap I watched that crap) but I only saw them together once and she was really young. Too bad.
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of bummed to hear this. I've seen Olivia Wilde on talk shows talking about her husband in the past, and while sharing an untraditional marriage, she seemed to be genuniely into him. I suppose it was inevitable.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, you can file this one under "Who Cares"
ReplyDeleteI really do not see the big deal about this woman. why is she famous?
ReplyDeleteWhy do marriages in Hollywood always have to crumble when one of them suddenly gets big and famous? I assume someone gets insecure or someone's head gets too big and the other one can't deal with it.
ReplyDeleteBoy she has high cheekbones.
ReplyDeleteOH Mooshki! THANK YOU for saying that!
ReplyDeleteI thought Kristin Schaal's first two segments were offensive to my feminist heart....but O. Munn takes the cake!
She is NOT a seasoned comedian. She did not 'earn' that job. She has no timing, and when she does segments with the other comedians, there's always a huge PAUSE before her lines, then we get to see her squintally read the teleprompter's 'joke.' NO GOOD.
They need to admit they made a mistake. I was really insulted when they resorted to T & A, too.
Sorry about the OT.
ReplyDeleteON Topic: The reason they're divorcing on his side may be because she grew up. If he really did marry a younger girl, it's usually because he has a 'type,' and when she gets a wrinkle, it's over. It's disgustingly common among wealthy men.
Oh, my husband is going to be so psyched.
ReplyDeletei seeOlivia Wilde with Ryan Reynolds or Gosling now
ReplyDeleteand on McCarthy, who cares except Carey?
I guess when you're a naive 18 year old beauty, marrying a prince seems, "awesome!". She's lovely, but her head seems too large. Maybe because her body is too thin?
ReplyDeleteI'm taking bets that she's schtupping Hugh Laurie.
@soju addict
ReplyDeleteI think part of it is that fame changes the amount of time together. I'd imagine that Olivia is busy filming back to back on location. When she's not doing that, she's traveling to promote her projects, doing magazine photo spreads, interviews, attending industry parties, etc. Unless he's traveling around with her (which can be pretty boring for the person not working), then how often are they in the same room together?
