BuzzFoto Blind Item
This comes as a shock to us, since we’ve heard info on this very conservative, mostly network Television actress before. Apparently, this actress claims to be extremely politically conservative in print and in interviews, but is really ambivalent about politics in real life. She only claims to hold her political beliefs to ‘stand out’ amongst the crowd in Hollywood. She gabbed to our source that she’s been so successful in network TV because ‘conservative idiots’ think she’s like-minded and watch her show because of it.

Patricia Heaton
Janine Turner first came to mind, but I don't think she's even currently on a show. Maybe Elisabeth Hasselbeck, although she's not an actress, per se.
Hang on...Patricia Heaton.
This has Patricia Heaton written all over it. She's always talking up her conservative politics, and she certainly has been successful in television.
Hm, I'd say Heaton, but I think she really *is* conservative.
Angie Harmon (friend of coke mom).
and I have to say, I dislike her a little less now that I know she's not so conservative. And I dislike her a little more knowing she could be so shallow and manipulative.
Another vote for Angie Harmon.
Angie Harmon? Funny, it's her political stance that makes me NOT watch her show.
I didn't like her because she was so vocal about her Conservative opinions. It's got to be Heaton.
If memory serves, I think Sarah Michelle Geller is also a conservative.
but Heaton is more likely, due to her success on Everyone Loves Raymond, and now The Middle. Plus she was offered a talk show at one point.
of course, Angie Harmon had L&O, and now that cable thing. I don't know.
If this IS Heaton this makes me like her a LITTLE bit. I can't stand her but knowing that she's is playing on the Conservatives thick headedness makes her a LITTLE more tolerable to me.
I don't think it's Heaton because Heaton does a lot more than just "talk the talk," she "walks the walk" with her political activities, and they are all well documented.
In fact, in 2006, Heaton took it so far as to make an anti-stem cell TV advertisement when a stem cell bill was on the ballot in Missouri. She made public disparaging remarks about Michael J Fox, who is in favor of stem cell research.
I think the answer to this item is someone who simply flaps her gums.
I don't think it's Patricia Heaton because I've only heard her talk politics as it relates to her Christian views. I think the hypocrite is Angie Harmon.
I think it's Harmon.
I can see this being Harmon mainly because she whined and whined about how hard it was for her to find work due to her conservative beliefs. Next thing you know, she has that crappy TNT show. No, honey, you don't get work because you are a horrible actress with no discernible talent.
Harmon came to mind for me as well. Of course, Victoria Jackson is a birther now, and that didn't bring work her way.
conservative, liberal, they're all the same anyway.
I do believe that Patricia Heaton does enjoy the extra attention she gets by being a rare conservative in Hollywood. It's part of her schtick. But I agree that she has a long record of activity--particularly with the anti-abortion crowd. So I don't think this is her.
Pathetic.
I don't care if you're conservative or liberal, but I hate when people lie about what they believe in to get ahead.
Dumb Dumb
Harmon was the first person who came to mind.
to bring a new name into the game, what's her name? the one from "The Closer".
ah yeah: Kyra Sedgwick.
Wow...if it's Angie Harmon...hmmm...idk if I dislike her more or less!!
So, some people posting here actually dislike actors or actresses solely because of their political views? Even though you know nothing about them as a human being? Plus, you would rather someone be a liar than a conservative? Wow. How open-minded.
To be fair, WhatSheSaid, Angie Harmon has been quoted calling anyone who votes for Democrats is stupid (paraphrasing). Airing out that sort of POV tends to create a reaction in others...
Kyra & Kevin are pretty liberal, if I'm not mistaken.
Selock, liberal actors (which is most of Hollywood) say terrible things about people who vote Republican, too. And that tends to create a reaction in most of the country.
