BuzzFoto Blind Item
This actor has a lovable scar on his face that no one knows the origin of. Except our source who says it comes from his first marriage when his wife found out he was sleeping with his costar and she threw a champagne glass at him.
Harrison Ford?
ReplyDeleteNot Harrison Ford, _unless_ the anecdote he's been saying for years is fabbed. Something about him running into an open fridge door or cabinet or something like that.
ReplyDeleteHuh. I just re-read what I wrote, and I'm thinking, yeah, totally c/b him.
Yeah well...do you blame him for making up a story...
ReplyDeleteHarrison Ford was my first guess.
ReplyDeletejason momoa?
ReplyDeleteHas to be Harrison Ford. He's the only person I can think of with a "lovable scar."
ReplyDeleteoooh Roxy, love Jason Momoa, I momoan at the sight of his backside in Game of Thrones. Great Guess.
ReplyDeleteHmmm - Harrison Ford makes a lot of sense. His wiki bio says he got the scar at age 20; he was first married at age 22 in 1964, and 1964 was the year he went to California to act - his first known part was in 1966, so he would have a "co-star" during his early marriage. If it is him, she was obviously forgiving, because they didn't get divorced until 1979.
ReplyDelete@ Rita HAH! So true. I'm not usually into that type of figure, but sheesh. I will add, that he did get glassed in WeHo a few years back, had to have several stitches, and reconstructive surgery. No mention of his 'lovable' scar being from that incident tho. Where is Harrison Ford's scar?
ReplyDeleteHarrison Ford's scar story was that it was the result of hitting a phone pole whilst trying to put on his seatbelt. He has 2 ex-wives...neither of which sound like the "champagne glass" throwing type. It just sounds so...specific and phony. Pint glass, sure. Champagne flutes are so delicate. But it IS the most "loveable" scar I can think of. The story's o.g. explanation is so well-known though. July 4th can't come soon enough!
ReplyDeleteHarrison had that scar in "Getting Straight" (1970), so if it's him, it would have happened before then.
ReplyDelete@ShanKat Thank you, this is the true and correct story. He was a player in the local Theater and his car hit a pole at nighttime in Laguna Canyon (Laguna Beach area).
ReplyDeleteThere's a list of actors with noticeable scars here:

My first thought was the guy who plays Michael on Burn Notice but I've always gotten a gay vibe from him.
ReplyDeleteBruce Campbell, AKA "the chin" from Burn Notice has a scar that he allegedly got from fighting with his brother as a kid, but I could see him being a naughty guy...
ReplyDeleteOnly if he's naughty with me. I fucking love Bruce Campbell!
ReplyDeleteDermot Mulroney
ReplyDeleteI think Momoa's scar is from a documented bar fight. I love "I momoan at the sight of his backside in Game of Thrones." That makes two of us, Rita.
ReplyDeletetake that back Susan!!!
ReplyDelete@ Roxy, and Little Miss
ReplyDeleteam going to nickname him Momoan from now on! And Roxy, before MOMOAAAAN, I never loved that over-built physique either, but the view, oh the view of it, is just... wow, I just had a male-pervert moment. woof.
Has Joaquin Phoenix ever been married?
ReplyDeleteJason Momoa isn't married to Lisa Bonet so who is his first wife?
ReplyDeleteViggio has a scar on his upper lip.
ReplyDeleteJoaquin Phoenix's scar is the result of cleft palate/hare lip repair
ReplyDeleteThere are very few male big names with scars on their faces. Johnny Depp, Harrison Ford, Seal, Joaquin Phoenix (claims its a birth mark)
ReplyDeleteThere are probably a lot more lesser names. I am willing to bet that this is someone who I recognize but don't know their name.

ReplyDeletePatrick Dempsey?
ReplyDeleteScar on his forehead (apparently attributed to a motorcycle accident, however, that came from Greys and then people assumed that was the real reason, not sure if that's been confirmed)
First wife married in 1987 divorced 1994. Married his current wife in 1999.
Daniel Radcliff!!! (kidding)
ReplyDeleteJoaquin's scar is from a hairlip. Does he really say birth mark and not birth defect?
ReplyDeleteJoaquin had a cleft palate.
