Would You Want This Man To Be Your Mayor?

Apparently taking care of Zsa Zsa Gabor and getting trapped naked in your car does not take up as much of Prince Frederic Von Halt's time as it used to. One of the most bizarre people in all of Los Angeles, the Prince has decided he would like to be the next mayor of my city, Los Angeles. You know, I think it would be fun to see him at openings and parties and think he would provide a laugh factor that maybe we could all use in Los Angeles. Our current mayor spent the first part of his tenure going from one girlfriend to the next while he was still married before finally settling on one although he is always looking so maybe we could use the Prince. My big problem with him was that he had Robert Blake over to his house. Having a guy over at your house who got away with murder is not really the best political move you could make. The guy obviously has money or he would not be able to afford that billboard on Sunset. They are not cheap. Do I think the guy is crazy? Absolutely. But, the thing about a Mayor is you really cannot do a lot of damage and it would be fun to write about him everyday.

I don't know if I agree that a Mayor can't do damage. No one would want to be Mayor if they didn't have some sort of power.

aside from being a disrespectful, colossal asshat and opportunist, i genuinely believe there's got to be some mental illness in there somewhere....the man just ain't right, jokes and stunts aside.

Not so much fun for Zsa Zsa and her daughter, or his wife's bank account for that matter.

Re a mayor not doing too much damage: Two words — Kwame Kilpatrick.

Don't know about the laws of Los Angeles but there are a LOT of cities where a mayor can do considerable damage. sassyyankee had it right - Kwame Kilpatrick is one of them.

Yeah, I don't know so much about the U.S., but here in Canada a mayor can do serious damage.

He has Zsa Zsa's money, from the rumors they've (or him) have been selling off valuables for years...
I don't think Zsa Zsa speaks to her daughter, don't know what happened...must have something to do with money, it always does.
But the daughter inherited Eva's estate, she's never gotten any Hilton money because she was the product of an affair and not Hilton's child. Zsa Zsa never pressed the issue because she didn't want him to publicly disown her....

There is a certain amount of damage the Mayor of LA can do, but yes, the power is shared with the City council. I am very familiar with our current mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, and let me tell you, he is a skank. No ethics, no integrity, a glorified used car salesman if there ever was one.

I wouldn't want that to be my anything.

When they put Zsa-Zsa's house up for sale recently, didn't he say it was to pay her huge medical bills? I know I read that. And he is buying expensive billboards on Sunset? Ugh. I think he genuinely loves Zsa-Zsa, but I do think there is mental illness there, as someone above said.

@Rose: Lol.

Yeah, it's a mental illness alright. I think it's called "Famewhoreitis". Wait, is he related to the Kardashians??
