Who Doesn't Love A Cat Video?
Everyone loves cat videos. The fact that this one is also a public service announcement for pet adoption just makes it that much better.

Absolutely brilliant!
adorable
Aw...great PSA
*LOL*
That made me happy. :)
Yes, that is disgusting because most kids' sandboxes are probably being used as litter boxes by outdoor cats and other animals. Bleh!
Loved it! Thanks for sharing-- and I hope it helps to get lot of adult kitties adopted from shelters! :)
I can'tt hear it because my carpets are being *loudly* shampooed right now...but this cat's eyes are wicked!
I miss my babies soooo much. I can hardly stand to watch cats in videos, I hurt for them so badly.
Hubby is hella allergic so after my last baby black girl died two Christmases ago, I can't get any more.
So all I can say is: EVERYONE, PLEASE SPAY AND NEUTER!
Ah! That kitty looks like my Winston Churchill!
This week I learned that unspayed females over age 5 develop a disease called Pyometra, where the uterus gets severely infected. My little Lola needed emergency surgery on Tuesday, we're extremely lucky that she is bouncing back beautifully, if the vet hadn't removed her uterus she would not have made it. Please, please, please, learn from our mistake and spay or neuter your kitties ASAP.
Another thing I learned is that a cats ears are a good indicator of their temperature. If their ears are hot or appear very red they might be running a fever. If they're also hiding, not eating/drinking, or not grooming themselves please take them to the vet right away. It's expensive but your little monster is worth it :)
@Princepessa: You are exactly right, it addition to preventing pregnancy and increasing the already drastically high homeless population or amount the end up end shelters, spaying your cat (and dog) prevents against a lot of preventable diseases. One of which is pyometra, which can occur at any age but is most common in older animals. Also, if animals are spayed before their first heat cycle the possibility of them getting mammary (breast) cancer is less than 1%. Every heat cycle they go through drastically increases this chance. Just a couple of good reasons to always spay your pets!
(And on the flip side-- neutering a male animal prevents a lot of undesirable habits as well as eliminates the chance for problems such as prostate cancer)
