Brooke Mueller Wants To Keep TMZ Out Of Court

Brooke Mueller's attorney has filed paperwork to try and keep TMZ cameras from live streaming her arraignment in Aspen on drug charges. Apparently they do not want the whole world to watch Brooke get arraigned and what else she has to say to the court broadcast live. It is not like no one will report on it, but I guess they feel it will be less dramatic. Look, it is Brooke Mueller, it is not like networks, cable or otherwise are going to cut away from their regular programming to watch it. Her lawyer said things like it would take away from the decorum of the court and that it would be less interesting.

Can anyone blame her for not wanting them there..
But she really needs to get clean.

@MISCH - she will never get clean.

I don't think TMZ are often able to get their OWN cameras into court rooms, they sometimes transmit through FOX (I think that's what happened for the Michael Jackson case).

Whatever it is, don't find Brooke worth watching. I'll simply click on the news later in the day and get the gust of what happened.

Either way, this is a great promotion for TMZ: Havey must be ecstatic!

She is a fucking loser who should have never had kids. Out clubbing every night, even after getting busted.

Fuck her. You made your bed, lie in it, you stupid bitch.

Why is THIS woman famous? Just because she was married to Charlie?

her attorney's reasoning is only marginally less stupid than sandusky's attorney, claiming jerry was just teaching poor kids how to bathe.

^I'm about to teach that poor Sandusky man how to eat my f-cking fist!

@nancer - I know, right? What a crock!

Not having cameras in the court room isn't going to have a change on people's perception of her.

Look, none of her lawyer's arguments for keeping the press out is stupid as long as the Supreme Court continues to not allow video or tape recordings of oral arguments etc.

That said, my personal view is that all court proceedings should be subject to live press coverage if an outlet chooses to cover it. It's all public otherwise, and can you get much more in the way of what's in the public interest than how the judicial system tries and pronounces judgement or not on its citizens?
