Paula Abdul Walks Off Kimmel
Apparently Paula Abdul does not believe in tough questioning. Last night the entire judging panel from X factor was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and he wanted to get to the bottom of the whole Rachel Crow being kicked off. Yesterday video emerged that showed it was Paula who should probably be to blame and not Nicole Scherzinger as Paula told Nicole what to do. So, all those death threats that came Nicole's way probably should have gone to Paula and she did not appreciate Jimmy pointing it out. A lot. So, she walked off the stage. Simon talked her back on the stage, but it is obvious Paula hates people knowing she is the one who should be getting the blame and not Nicole. The other thing is does it really matter if Rachel wins X Factor. She will get some kind of deal with Disney and make just as much money as if she had won so who cares. Do you think Chris Daughtry cares that he did not win American Idol? Do you think he wants to switch places with Taylor Hicks?
as much as Paula may be to "blame", Nicole was put on that show to be a judge. I'm sick of her crying everytime she has to make a tough call. She knows what she signed up for, and she has her own mind. She could have made a different decision if she wanted to.
ReplyDeleteAnd since it was a tie, then it was up to the viewers votes, correct? So, it is really the audience who voted her off. Nicole could have stopped it from happening, but the public was going in a different direction.
ReplyDeleteAnd correct, she has the personality to have a career without winning that show. Although it is hard to see the big picture when you are in the middle of such disappointment.
The reality was she did have the lower amount of votes. I'd rather have someone kicked off due to voting, rather than the judge's decision.
ReplyDeleteReally? This is what people are still focusing on? Do people realize there are more important issues going on in the world than this nonsense. There are a lot of homeless and starving people, countries who are living in terror and the dress Kim Kardashian wore the other day didn't look that great on her? People need to get their priorities straight.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, these people need to stop signing up to be a JUDGE if they can't handle JUDGING. Who cares if Paula told her to do it, I didn't realize she had such magical mind control over others. Nicole did what she wanted, get over it.
ReplyDeleteYou know what I like about this story? It's about a real celebrity - not about star fuckers like Sara Leal and Brooke Mueller.
ReplyDeleteshe didn't really walk off, she walked away about 10 feet, and turned right around and came back. And then sat on Simon's lap, who very rapidly rolled her off onto her own seat. haha
ReplyDelete@Ms. Snarky- THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteShe came right back.
Enty- WTHeck? You didn't even bother to watch the interview! It's on Youtube. This is so irresponsible of you. Why are you hating on Paula? It was Nicole that made the decision. Bottom line.
I love the X Factor US and I think Paula is doing a great job! Way better than Nicole and sometimes, I feel that she is better than LA and Simon when giving advice.
ReplyDeleteDid you all notice that even though her acts have been eliminated, none of them threw tantrums, said snide remarks, or really melted down? She did a great job with her groups and prepared them.
Paula is doing great! And she looks better than she has in a long time. Leave her alone. Simon brought her back, and if you watch there interviews, you can tell they are real friends, so he sees something in her (besides her helping bring in viewers).
Do I think Chris Daughtry wants to switch places with Taylor Hicks?
ReplyDeleteNOPE
But do I think Justin Guarini wants to switch places with Kelly Clarkson?
HELL YES
sometimes who wins DOES count more than who almost wins- in just about everything
ReplyDeleteCan someone explain to me how Paula could be at fault here? Isnt Nicole a grown human being who can make her own decisions? Is there something I dont understand here?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! I forgot to say the reason she walked away was because Jimmy insulted her and said that her groups deserved to go.
ReplyDeleteI'd done the same!
*I'd've or I would've LOL
ReplyDeleteSooo tired of hearing about this 13-year old whiny brat. I never even watch X-Factor, but such a big deal was made over this young girl that I watched the video of her being eliminated. I don't feel sorry for anyone. Get over it.
ReplyDeleteWhat Missjenny said.
