Brooke Mueller Charged With Possession With Intent To Distribute

Obviously Aspen is a world where it is ok to beat your wife and threaten to kill her, but if you have coke on you, then watch out because you face some serious jail time. Brooke Mueller was charged not just with possession of coke from her arrest last year, but also intent to distribute. It seems that Brooke had over four grams of coke with her. Looks like we know where she was spending that child support money. When you have that much coke on you, they assume you are a drug dealer and not just a rich celebrity with high tolerance and a serious habit.

  2. I'm getting real tired of stories about "celebrities" who use, get busted, go to rehab, use, get busted, go to rehab...

  3. I just want to be clear - so this is not something that happened after she got of rehab just yesterday (day before?), but stemming from last year, right? So she went to rehab to get straight, but still has the legal issues to deal with. Am I reading this correctly???

  5. @ms_goddess -- Most states have a diversion outlet where you can get your prosecution for drug possession stayed pending rehab. Usually that's not available when the crime is dealing but since rehab diversion is at the discretion of the prosecutor it's possible it was still offered.

  6. Oh good heavens, Charlie will get a good lawyer and divvy out some money and...voila! If you're going to continue to use, Brooke, best stay in Hollywood. No serious jail time there.

  7. I think it was her "personal" use drugs. Maybe jail can help her stay clean.

  8. Here I know some of it involves whether the quantity was in one big bag or split up into smaller portions, as to whether you can try for the "it was all for me" vs. conspiracy to distribute (dealing). That is with pot, however; coke is likely a whole 'nother ball game...

  10. As if she was going to share or sell it! All for her. Ya I agree, she better stay in CA where they "understand" celebs, ha!

  11. @ms goddess, I think you are correct. This charge is stemming from the assault on some girl in a nightclub and then she was found with the coke. It was before rehab.

While I wish her luck, I just don't see a happy ending for her. She's been an addict since she was a teen, I think. She needs a year of rehab at least.

  12. She got out of rehab, what, 2 minutes ago? Also, bitch needs to stay out of Aspen.

  13. Wow, didn't she just get out of rehab and acquire a life coach yesterday? I feel for those kids, they are gonna have it rough having Brooke and Charlie Sheen as parents. They almost don't stand a chance.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

  14. Excuse me but isn't ASPEN where CLAUDINE LONGET killed SPIDER SABITCH & she was allowed to serve her sentence on weekends? It happened so long ago, in the 70s, so I'm not recalling all of the details, but the gist of it was she basically did no time. And oh yeah, SNL did a great skit about the CLAUDINE LONGET INVITATIONAL SKI SHOOT.
***for you youngsters CLAUDINE was ANDY WILLIAMS' ex wife.

  15. @bitchnextdoor - I remember that story (love your line "and for you youngsters" lol.

These charges stem from her bust a number of months ago.

  17. I would guess they have rules that certain amounts need to be charged in certain ways. I doubt anyone really believes she was planning to sell it. It's bullshit that she may face more serious consequences than Charlie did for attacking her. Our system for dealing with drug crimes is seriously broken. I hope her apparently successful trip to rehab will help her plea down.

  18. Whatever time she does get , I hope she has to serve it in a hardcore rehab. She needs help or she'll be dead before those twins go to Kindergarden.
