Cesar Millan Says He Attempted Suicide
In a new documentary that airs later this month, Cesar Millan says that he attempted suicide back in 2010 by trying to overdose on pills. He says that when one of his dogs died and his wife left him that he was at his lowest point and that he tried to kill himself. Umm, didn't his ex-wife leave him because he was cheating on her and he had to pay her off so she wouldn't tell the world all about his cheating? He makes it sound like in this documentary that he was some kind of innocent. To me, that sucks. I think he also paid her off about sex tapes and other things he made. Attempting suicide is horrible and I encourage anyone to get help, but, I do wonder if he is blaming factors he wants to make public, rather than the actual factors involved.
Why question his motives? Also, who cares if he was the main factor as to why there was a divorce? He tried to commit suicide, period.
ReplyDeleteWho knows, maybe he's not fully ready to face his deep down issues. It happens.
ReplyDeleteLook how sad that dog looks because that douche is touching him.
ReplyDeleteIdk know why my first thought when I read the title was, "who hasn't?" It isn't meant to be cruel-and obviously isn't true. I think my brain meant to say, "this isn't news."
ReplyDeleteWe all go through...life things-good and bad. If there was a post for every sad thing a celeb has gone through at some point in their lives...well, you get the picture.
But then I read the post-it's because he made it public...moving on.
Hi everyone! I'm on time for once!! ;p
I think it is because he is taking the victim role and it makes it seem that his wife just up and left him for no reason, when in fact his actions were the reason why his wife left him.
ReplyDeleteHe is painting her leaving him as one of the reason and not owning that his actions resulted in the end of the marriage.
Disordered reasoning is not uncommon with suicidal thinking. He probably had a bunch of stuff going on, and probably psychoactive pharmaceuticals weren't strengthening his grip on reality much. Even if you cause your spouse to leave you, you can feel bad about it. C'mon on, he's a repulsive human being, but he's a human being. Let's be mildly nice to him. I'm glad he didn't kill himself.
ReplyDeleteYes, what barton said. Only he/she said it better! Lol

ReplyDeleteMaybe creating sex tapes with guys and getting caught by his wife is why he felt he needed to committed suicide and not be outed by his wife.
ReplyDeleteShame he didn't succeed. I have no sympathy for people who commit suicide or fake it. Those people are obviously too weak to survive and the gene pool is better off without them.
ReplyDeleteI do not want to see a Cesar Millan sex tape ever.
ReplyDeleteBorg Queen, I wonder if it would show up online as
ReplyDeleteCesar Milan: Doggy Style
@Reason good luck when you run into Truth and Compassion-it will be quite the wake up call. They DON'T use their "inside voices".
ReplyDeleteSMH
To be fair though, don't we all do selective editing when relating our stories and say things in a way that is slanted to make ourselves look good?
ReplyDeleteLOL@ Barton!!! @TVOR, that is just cruel.....
ReplyDelete@Barton Fink - Well played!
ReplyDeleteVoice of Reason? I think that you should change your name to Voice of Sociopathy. it fits as you have no empathy.

what a coincidence! I have no sympathy for dumb bitchez who troll on message boards looking for attention by acting like emotionless, useless c-nts!
(sorry ladies but it had to be said and the C word was used sparingly.)
I think Cesar is ze gay and this is just the beginning of us learning that. Do we know if he cheated with women?
ReplyDeleteI saw him on the subway a few weeks ago. I got ze gay vibe from him. Me thinks not with women. Doesn't matter - but I feel sad for anyone who feels so low they want to take their own life.
ReplyDeleteI think it's pretty sad when a grown adult cannot see the truth or admit to the truth and make steps to improve or correct things. Playing the victim when you are to blame is shameful, not learning from your mistakes is just stupid. This seems to be a common problem in North American society and no wonder things are so fucked up.
ReplyDelete@VoiceOfReason, sometimes people get so low they can't see a way out other than to end it. It doesn't make them weak, many have burdens that I can't even imagine living with. I would rather the sensitive souls stay here & the nasty ones be shipped off, our gene pool would be better for it.
ReplyDeleteAnyone who is having a rough time, please ignore the ignorant, there are plenty of people who want you to stay, live & hopefully have a great future, I am one of them. Hugs & love from Australia.
@The Voice of Reason Please don't have children, because an attitude such as yours can destroy them.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if @The Voice of Reason has personal experience with someone who committed suicide and is still angry about it.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe they're just a dick.
time lurker, first time poster here. Love the site!
ReplyDeleteI had a first-degree family member commit suicide, and in my experience it's not so black & white ('weak' vs 'strong') as the less insightful posts here suggest. Sometimes people flat run out of hope. Others may not see the situation in that way, but for one who truly feels at the end of their rope... well, sometimes the pain of living seems worse than the pain of dying and suffering whatever does or doesn't come next. I'm no fan of suicide, as it utterly trashed my family, but some compassion is in order, I think.
Millan's got kids, so whoever talked about the him not weakening the gene pool is way behind the curve. I think a couple of years ago a dog he deeply loved died (Daddy, a big gray pit bull). May have been part of the cause of his deep depression.
I have no sympathy for this man. He finally admitted to how he beat dogs, used choke chains etc. to train dogs and I'm a cat person. He's a lying fucking prick. He got caught out as the person he really was and to garner sympathy he says he attempted suicide.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked to read here that he was married to a woman.
ReplyDeleteMy brain cannot compute that.
Just because he says he attempted suicide doesn't mean he actually did it. Wouldn't there have been some sort of report about an "illness" or "exhaustion" or something at the time?
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like blatant fishing for sympathy, especially in the face of many rather unsavory reports about him emerging in the last year.
Man, a lot of you are awful people. Bottom line, another human being attempted suicide, can ya just shut it for once? Jesus.
