Grant Bowler Is Not A Fan Of Lindsay Lohan
If you read between the lines of the interview Grant Bowler did with the NY Daily News, you get the feeling that he hated every second of working with Lindsay Lohan. Of course this would assume she did actually work, which it sounds like she didn't. I don't think it is any shocker that the producers of Liz & Dick hated Lindsay as did the producers of Scary Movie 5. You know, when you are trying to get work, it is probably a good idea to not make everyone who can possibly hire you or offer you a job, hate you. It makes it very tough to get work. There are way too many people looking for work in the movies or on television to have to work with someone who is going to be a pain and is not that great of an actor to begin with. Anyway, Grant says that he grew up in a hard working family so he works hard at what he does and puts in hours and hours of labor. He said that Lindsay's approach is instinctive and that she just kind of shows up and expects everything to work out well.
LINDSAY ISN'T A HARD WORKER? YOU DON'T SAY.
ReplyDeleteKind of feel bad for the guy. He probably thought this was going to be some major attention for him.
Lindsay, your boobies always find ways to amuse me.
ReplyDeleteTranslation: "You have no idea how hard it was getting her cigarette smoke stench out of the set furniture before it had to be sent back to the studio warehouse."
ReplyDeleteI think that he said it in a really classy way. He didn't say that he had any personal issue with not liking her, he just said that his way of working is different. Very classy.
ReplyDeleteGrant Bowler is a good guy. He hosts the Aussie versions of The Amazing Race & The Mole. I also loved his character on Ugly Betty.
ReplyDeleteThat picture, is something in her mouth? So strange.
ReplyDeleteAnyone see her on GMA? She looks so lifeless, dead inside. Amy Roback tried to ask personal questions and Lindsay dodged them. She claimed she had no idea she had a half sister because she doesn't watch tv and she didn't want to talk about her famoly, she wanted to focus on "positive" things. She makes me ill.
ReplyDeleteThe only positive story I want to read about her is her obituary.
ReplyDeleteIndeed Vicki. Indeed. But I've found that miserable, entitled brats like this live the longest.
DeleteI so wanted to say how cool it was that no one was commenting on this post, but that would've defeated the purpose...;p
ReplyDeleteJUST DON'T HIRE HER
ReplyDeletePoor guy. But I guess he did this movie for the $$$?
ReplyDeleteLILO isn't an actress anymore, she's a celebrity.
ReplyDeleteFrom the fleeting advertisements, his performance appears to be watchable. I'm really sorry to say that I must watch this any way I can. It looks like it will a campy trainwreck.
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for anyone who has to work with this delusional brat!
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see that photo, it looks like John Malkovich with a bad toupee. Ha! Malkovich and Lohan in a movie together.
ReplyDeleteI really like Grant Bowler. I am very sorry he had to work with L.Lohan. Of course, he did this project for the money. There's nothing wrong with choosing a project because you have bills to pay.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I didn't intend to sound snarky with my comment. It might sound that way, but I didn't mean it to be sarcastic or whatever.
ReplyDeleteI just meant that actors often take projects because they need the money. Some actors can pick and choose. Most cannot afford to do that.
