Sunday! Its my only day off and I get to spend it with my niece and nephew! Also, its the day Game of Thrones and Boardwalk air on HBO so its a wonderful day for me.
Saturday. I get to sleep in a little, then put a pot of coffee on, sit back, read and relax until about 9am, then I'm off to run around and do fun stuff.
Friday, when I pick my grandson up from daycare and we hang out make messes, fix/build things (currently building an 8 foot wooden Christmas tree in the back yard), eat sugar, watch Fringe and youtube videos, and finally, fall sleep on the couch! Been doing it since he was 8 weeks old. Going on almost 5 years. It's still the best day ever (for both of us)!
Mondays - it's my day off and everyone's out of the house. I spend it watching TV shows on the iPad while cooking and doing laundry and drinking coffee uninterrupted.
I like Friday. I do acupuncture most Friday afternoons for some pain issues, then get chinese takeout for dinner and fall asleep early and sleep for about 12 hrs straight! I look forward to it all week long!
Saturday, for sure! And Pookie, I won't throw anything at you because I'm sure you love Mondays because you love your job...which is a fabulous thing in my book. I hope to love Mondays too someday :)
Friday!! The whole day is a celebration of no more work, you msy hv some weekend plans, may eat out. Just a fun day!! You didnt ask, but mu unfavorite day is sunday. @astro girl, much better song to have in my head than the lame ass Rebecca Black Friday song. Cure or 311? I prefer the cure version but it is one of the few 311 songs that doesn't put me to sleep.
My favorite day is Friday, the feeling of having the entire weekend ahead of me and no responsibilities until sports and household chores the next morning.
Sunday! Football, Masterpiece Theater, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Silent Sundays on TCM and whatever great new shows they come up with. But I'm still pining for Deadwood! Plus Hubby makes a big breakfast of Strata or bacon and eggs.
Friday! So much promise for the weekend!

ReplyDeleteWednesday because it marks the halfway point of the week and is the day I get to work from home with my bambina.
ReplyDeleteThursday because its the day my husband comes home.
ReplyDeleteThursday has always stuck with me. Stems from when I was a kid and my favorite ballet class was on Thursdays!
ReplyDeleteWednesday, because I get to see American Horror Story.
ReplyDeleteMondays! I work Tues-Sat so Monday is my Sunday and I have the house to myself! And I love how quiet the house is and I can have a ME day bc everyone is off at work etc
ReplyDeleteMonday!! I'm actually an annoyingly cheerful morning person and kinda workaholic (have home business)
ReplyDeleteMonday is a fresh start!!
any day I have off from my soul sucking job from hell...So Sunday I guess.
ReplyDeleteWhenever I wake up it is my favorite day:)
ReplyDeleteSaturday cuz I get to sleep in after having to wake up at 5AM the other days (save for Sunday but then that's the day before Monday-ugh).
ReplyDeleteMonday you can fall apart
ReplyDeleteTuesday, Wednesday break my heart
Thursday doesn't even start.
Its Friday I'm in love

I actually really like Wednesdays and Thursdays. Can't explain why, I just like them more then any other day.
ReplyDeleteJules_345. The Cure, I love his melancholy voice.
ReplyDeleteSame, same sentiment too.
I am never tired on a Friday, always amped with weekend anticipation.
Sunday! Football, Masterpiece Theater, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Silent Sundays on TCM and whatever great new shows they come up with. But I'm still pining for Deadwood! Plus Hubby makes a big breakfast of Strata or bacon and eggs.
