Chumlee Will Be A Ring Bearer
In what appears to be probably a very special episode of Pawn Stars with every History Channel show contributing someone to the event, Rick Harrison is set to get married in July in Laguna Beach to his long time girlfriend. The pair had originally just planned on something quick in Vegas in the back of the pawn shop, but now is going to be over 100 people, involve History Channel crews and Danny Koker of Counting Cars marrying the couple while Chumlee acts as a ring bearer. Do you think Rick bought the ring or someone brought it into the shop looking for gambling money?
The latter.
ReplyDeleteSilly me, I always inferred from the way Rick spoke to Big Hoss (meaning passing comments, etc) that Rick was still married to BH's mom.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, mazel tov to these two!
Why get married in Laguna beach if they live in Vegas?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure we will get the story of the ring on the show. It's too easy of a tie-in
I used to watch a lot of these pseudo reality shows. The obvious scripting and planted items really annoys me now. The only one I can still watch is Storage Wars, featuring Brandy's Tits. A&E is so stupid thinking the concept is what's drawing ratings, but Texas and NY don't have Brandy's tits in them, so their ratings must really suck. I also like it when her nose wiggles as she speaks. That's cute.
ReplyDelete@count jerkula. Storage wars isnt bad,. Its an inresting concept even if it is scripted, dont find brandy attractive though
Delete@count jerkula radaronline had a story from Dave Hester saying brandy's tits were paid for by producers for ratings. Guess it's working!
DeleteHe probably had the ring made in his shop from gold and gems that he had at his disposal.
ReplyDeleteI got the impression from his book that they were already married - I believe they have a son together who is about 8 or 9.
ReplyDeleteJudging by her out
ReplyDeleteOops got cut off. I was saying that judging from her above ensemble that I'm sure the wedding dress will be classic and timeless
ReplyDeleteI've never seen this woman before but I sincerely hope she gets a stylist for the wedding. She looks like a cheap Cher impersonator, and not in a good way.
ReplyDeleteBitchy? Maybe, but I'm not feeling well and anonymous moaning makes me feel better. Also, it's true. She looks dreadful.
What is she wearing that looks awful! As Sarah said her wedding dress will be interesting
ReplyDeleteI do and then he re-set the stone...she looks like all women I saw in the casino's hustling drinks...
ReplyDeleteBut she's not bad looking
Still dont know what in hell pawn ing has to do with history!
ReplyDeleteI think she is actually an accountant or an attorney, they've been together a couple years. He got the ring from another pawn shop.
ReplyDeleteI thought he as married to Big Hoss' mom ?? wth when did they divorce?
ReplyDeleteWhy do I care about whomever these people are?
ReplyDeleteThis is the History Channel? The one my grandpere used watch WWII documentaries on? Sigh. Another TLC story.
ReplyDeleteRemember when the History Channel actually had interesting documentaries about, you know, history?
ReplyDeleteI'm still not regretting not having a TV.
I'm confused. Is this his third wife or second? I know from his book he married at 18-19 and Corey and another son were the result. Then he remarried and has a young child from that marriage. So where did this chick come from?
ReplyDeleteCorey was married when the show started as well. Those Harrisons marry young.
Used to love during the first season when Brandy and Jarrod would show up in sunglasses w/ the sniffles. Nothing makes a hottie seem more attainable than a drug habit. It tops driving a hoopty by miles.
ReplyDeleteThis will be his third marriage. Big Hoss is from his first wife, the wife mentioned in his recent book is the one he has a 9 yr old? son with.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked to learn he got divorced from her 2yrs ago and quickly started dating this woman. She works for an attorney I believe. He is not the family man I thought he was.
@jerkula u r cracking me up!
ReplyDeleteI personally think Chumlee is way, way too old to be a ring bearer! I watch Counting Cars because my daughter's cousin from my first marriage, Ryan Evans, appears occasionally on it. I can remember when he was a kid and lived with his Mom in my former mother-in-laws village. The students at the podunk school made fun of him due to his painting killer tennis shoes. Absolutely amazing. He was an Army brat. Claims to be from Las Vegas, but really born in Mt. Vernon IL. I'd lie, too, if it were me!
ReplyDeleteThe comments about her wedding attire are cracking me up. I'm thinking a tube top and a thong.
ReplyDeleteThe father or the grandfather on that show (who ever the patriarch is) is really freaky looking. Like he could be in a Star Wars cantina scene without any make up on freaky.
@Mango - now that was funny!
ReplyDeleteAnd I think the way they tie this into the History Channel is because they don't just buy crap they usually do give a history lesson on where these items came from, and if they are historically significant, etc. Just a guess.
I have no idea who these people are but I wouldn't let anyone hijack my wedding ever. My second husband and I got married at the courthouse with his daughter (in scrubs, on her lunch break) and his youngest son as witnesses. After the ceremony they both shook the judge's hand and said very sincerely , "Thanks for putting my mom in jail." The judge was taken aback but then he understood.
ReplyDeleteRick's quote when he was buying the ring: 'ah man, I can't give u that much, the economy is bad! And when the marriage fails I have to resell it and I won't have any profit. Sooo 200 instead of 20.000?'
