Justin Bieber Being Sued By Former Bodyguard

If you are an ex Israeli soldier and want to sue Justin Bieber because he didn't pay you $420K in overtime, then that is ok and a manly thing to do. But if you include in your lawsuit that Justin hit you in the chest a couple of times that just makes you look like a cry baby. The kid weighs 10 pounds and is the number 7 searched "woman" on Google. You are not doing yourself any favors by making that public or that he berated you. He is an insecure little kid who wishes he could be big and ripped and he can't. So he berates. In October 2012, the pair got into an argument about how to deal with one of Justin's entourage and that is when Justin yelled at him and struck him. The bodyguard walked away from the confrontation and was fired. The bodyguard is suing for $420K for the lost wages and overtime and for extra money for being abused by Justin.

  3. Physical abuse from your boss is never okay. It's not shameful to sue over it, no matter how big or small or 'manly' anyone is.
Ridiculous. Who thinks it's okay that he hit an employee?

I think Enty trolls us sometimes.

  4. lol, ok, for once I'm on Bieber's side. That man is going to be laughed out of court, unless they settle just to make him go away.

    1. You see, on principal, I could NEVER be on Bliebsters' side. He is a self entitled little douche who needs to be put in his place PRONTO. I just wish THIS man would have!!!

  5. Sometimes, libby? He tries to work us into a tizzy every day. lol

  6. @libby, I agree. Just because Bieber couldn't actually hurt him with his tiny fists doesn't mean that he shouldn't be held accountable for trying.

  7. I think some people get too wrapped up in their causes and over react a lot of the time.

  8. I imagine getting "punched" by Justin Bieber is like when a puppy attempts to growl at and attack you. The bodyguard should've just given him a good scratch behind the ears afterward.

  9. I'm thinking he revealed the hitting as a way of explaining why he walked away and was subsequently fired.

And libby, I love me some Entry, but hell yeah he trolls us! He's just stirring the pot a little :-).

  11. He couldn't very well hit him back, or else people would be screaming child abuse

  12. I think the bodyguard should be paid the overtime pay he is owed. He should also be paid punitive damages just to show Justin that you can't go around hitting your employees. It may have temporarily affected his hireability too.

It's hard to protect someone who won't take advice.

  13. Thanks, e'erybody....Sometimes I need reassurance that I'm not taking crazy pills.

  14. I'd be more scared of my 6 year old daughter. She's viscious man.

OT but cross your fingers everybody, we have found a house and are negotiating contracts. We are down to our last counter offer and if they say yes I can be out of this place within a month:)))) I may not end up having to slap somebody after all!!

  15. Someone needs to drop Justin down a peg, or two. He's too old to get away with hitting someone. Idiot.

  16. Good point Tuxedo Cat. On the other hand, Justin was his employer and it's never a good idea to overstep your bounds with one. At this point, all we have is the bodyguard's side of the story, and there's always two. For all we know, Justin could have simply pushed past him in frustration, and gone about his business which pissed the bodyguard off, so he's retaliating when in reality he abandoned his post by walking off the job.

  17. @bobbi, good luck! My fiance and I just had our offer on a house accepted and we're pretty stoked. We're going to be a quarter mile away from the elementary school that I attended as a child, and a mile away from my parents and grandparents. Yikes!

  18. *karen*, I am a semi-professional shut-in, if you need advice on how best to pretend you're not home when someone knocks unexpectedly.

Your situation sounds great, if they're great and especially if they babysit. But it's the knocks, the KNOCKS without calling I could never abide!

  21. @libby, luckily my parents are very against dropping by without calling (though they like it when we drop in on them). And they already offered free baby-sitting...of course, we don't even HAVE kids yet, so we'll see if that's still the case in a few years. :)

  22. With Tuxedo on this one. He needs a tough love lesson. Stupid man-child.

  23. @Geebz, serious question: On what basis do you automatically assume the bodyguard is giving an accurate account of what happened?

  24. Half a million dollars for a personal goon? I thought security guards were the lowest paid workers in this economy.

  25. @Karen that was hilarious!

On board with the body guard explaining the reason why he walked. You just can't go 'round hitting people because you're a self entitled bitch. And oh yeah, your ass owes me some money.

  26. This is rather depressing. No one seems to care whether or not the bodyguard is telling the truth. He claims abuse, that word sets those who feel they are the abused gender into victim mode, and Justin is guilty without doubt, and without trial.

Jodi Arias is claiming Travis Alexander abused her too..

i dont care if your a rich billionaire midget, dont fucking touch me. being rich doesnt give a person a right to put their hands on anybody FOH

  28. Simply because someone may be smaller and not as physically strong as the person he's verbally abusing and hitting, doesn't make it okay to punch them. Assault is assault - and it's never okay. Nor is verbal abuse. He's lucky the bodyguard walked away and ignored him.

Bieber's been behaving badly for several years now, and it's all beginning to catch up with him and come out in the press.

  31. It's called assault, Enty, and legally it's relevant that Bieber as an employer physically assaulted his employee and then fired the employee when he walked away from the confrontation.

  32. @Amy, a big, burly military trained bodyguard picked a fight with his employer, and Justin felt threatened by this man at least 3 times his size.

Do you see where I'm going here?

Because that's how it will go down in court (but I doubt will ever make it that far).

All Enty is saying is that the man's strategy is stoopid.

  33. Hey, crazy shit happens in civil court, and sometimes you gotta throw the Hail Mary.

  34. I don't think less of this guy for saying he was punched multiple times by this woman. "She's" a self important has been little bitch who looks like kdlang with the 2012 hair cut and glasses. I think everyone should know what a twat Justin is and Im ready for his fall from grace. He disgusts me. He's a mean little thing abd I can't stand him or his music.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Okay enty is supposed to be a lawyer but he doesn't know anything about what needs to be included in a lawsuit? Huh? What a f*cktard! LOL

  36. Justin is bad about slapping people in his entourage. In his movie (yes, I watched his movie...don't judge me), I found it annoying that he would run up and slap people on the face. That's so disrespectful. I am sure if one of them ever smacked back, he would cry foul.
