The Kardashians Are Millions In Debt

Star Magazine says the Kardashians are millions of dollars in debt and that Kim Kardashian spends $350K each month just on credit cards. That is in addition to all the stuff she gets for free. All I know is that if she is spending that kind of money on the clothes she has been wearing since she got pregnant, she needs to beg for her money back. I don't understand why she thinks she needs to try and look like high fashion everyday, when first of all it does not look like high fashion and I think maybe two things she has worn her entire pregnancy look to have been designed for someone who is pregnant. Maybe she has trouble accepting the fact she is pregnant. I would love for the family to be millions of dollars in debt, gambling on this continuing income stream that will dry up someday. This is Star we are talking about here though. They definitely have made some bad investments and spent a lot on lawyers and they money stream has slowed to a quarter of what it used to be. We can all dream and hope it is true.

  1. Kim is probably hoping North West is going to bail her out once he/she is born.

    1. The state of New York was threatening to sue Khloe & Lamar's clothing company. They ripped off a logo created the state supporting home grown agriculture. From other samples I've seen of the "Dirt"line, they don't have any original designs, just stealing other companies established logos. Par for the Kardashian ways.

    Please let this be true

  5. Please dear God let them go bankrupt and disappear! Also, tie their tubes so they can no longer bring another Kartrashian into this world.

  6. Spending money on maternity clothes sucks, there's a 3 month limit on the usefulness of each item.
I wouldn't expect Kim to be practical, though.

  7. @Sara ITA....that's what Target's maternity wear shop was for. Also good to share clothes with other pregnant friends, assuming you're not all pregnant at the same time.

For the last month, though, basically there's nothing that beats a caftan.

    1. @Nutty, my last month I lived in a couple of stretchy dresses that coincidentally I bought at Target. My husband used to roll his eyes every time he came home and saw me in these dresses, made me throw them out after the baby lol

    2. Also, there are plenty of places to buy *gasp* used maternity clothes. Oooh, and those wonderful little stretchy extenders you can button into your jeans and cover with a baggy shirt. Also good for after Thanksgiving dinner.

  8. My goodness.....how can anyone spend so much...oh yeah 10 Hermes bags and counting

  9. they need to return all those birkin bags they have, those go for 20,000-30,000. idiots, so wasteful with money. and right on enty why do they have to dress in designer clothes every single day? no sane celebrity does that.

  14. I am going to pretend this is true too. Because that would mean there was some kind of justice in the world. Now, if they would just fade into obscurity and take Farrah Abraham and Courtney Stodden with them.

  15. The owe the IRS? I'm really going to enjoy watching this - that's one group they won't be able to charm.

As for pregnancy clothes, when my sister was pregnant with her 1st I bought her a denim jumper - she wore it 2 days a week through 5 pregnancies. Said it was the most versatile piece of maternity wear she had.

I think she isn't dressing herself for pregnancy because she isn't looking at it as pregnancy, settling down, nurturing another life, making a long term commitment to create a new family with a partner, it's bunch of pay checks, it's high fashion, it's acceptance in to high fashion as AMAZINGLY talented, which is what mommy always told her, she's always said she wants to design, create her own line, that she has a natural talent for styling. Which obviously she doesn't. this is a business move, sold to her and cooked up by mom looking for her cut, and now Kim's alone, unhappy, gaining weight, and still struggling to sell herself as high fashion and talented. When she realises what her Mom's done to her life.... I don't want to be there. A mother should guide you and help you stay out of hazards, not guide you specifically in to them to get ratings on a reality show.

  17. @AllAboutEve, yes, I know it well! In my case it was a huge pink cotton dress....it was a broiling late August and the kid was two weeks late. I still shudder when I think of that dress. It was an everyday item by the end.

  18. My go to was a Men's XXL denim shirt. I'm only 5' and the shirt dragged past my knees, but there's no doubting I was pregnant. I ended up cutting off the sleeves because it was SO hot out. Remember the blackout of 2003? 8 months pregnant, no air conditioning, no refrigerator, just 5 days without anything. No tv, no cell phones, no gas in the car, NOTHING. My husband went up north where it was a little cooler. 5 DAYS with oppressive heat. Totally sucked. Couldn't even do laundry. I wonder what happened to that shirt, actually!

  19. Agreed, Anna. PMK has her cash cow incubating another cash cow. So sad for that baby.

  20. If this is true, then I guess Pimp Mom will be selling the 2 wetties to some Middle Eastern Princes.

  21. I would be enthusiastic about anything which would get rid of the Kartrashians.

  22. Oh, how I hope this is the truth.

  23. Pleez pleez pleez. Karma Kops arrest those Kartrashians for krimes against karisma!!

  24. Wait. Liam and JLaw are in love? ;)

  25. @Renoblondee,

HA! I saw that, too! The same magazine that says Liam and JLaw in love saying the Kards are bankrupt reduces their kredibility!

  26. I want to believe this is true, but it's the freakin' Star, so who the hell knows.

  27. Stretch pants and my husband's shirts.

Sorry guys, but I highly doubt this story. Kardashian's schtick is "give it to me for free so I can promote it". Idiots actually pay them like $10,000 to show up and "host" these functions. Unless they are incredibly stupid about paying taxes, this isn't true.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I beg you...never, never use the term "high fashion" and "Kardashian" in the same sentence.

  29. @Turkish - Lest we forget PMK started her own church, which is so clearly just a tax shelter.

  30. I think they are street smart enough to grab all the cash but I'm certain that they are not book smart enough to keep it. All that "free" stuff is taxable, so are all those appearance fees etc. I doubt they really have anyone taking care of the details.

    ReplyDelete
  31. @D Brown - that's right! That's like when Oprah does her Favorite Things and gives people cars, they get screwed because they have to pay the taxes on it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think that happened to people with that Extreme Home Makeover show, too.

    ReplyDelete
  33. @Amber: I think what happened with the Extreme Home Makeover people isn't so much the tax on the cost of the remodel, it is that their property taxes got jacked sky high with the increase in property value, from the improvements.

    1. Count- they did house near me for famiky with autitic children. Grossly over improved for the area, and house took up almost all the property. Few years later famiky got chance to move upstate so house was for sale. Wonder how that worked out.

  34. I would love for this to be true, but I don't think it is.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @Count - Yup. IIRC there was a family with like 5 kids, and the husband was away at war. EHM created a massive house for them, and they got totally screwed. I feel like there was talk of foreclosure or something like that. This was probably 5 years ago???

  36. I'm not a fan of the Kardashians mainly because they lack a true sense of reality and morality. They are "greed" and "single minded-ness" personified. They are everything wrong with Western society wrapped up in a neat little package topped with a diamond encrusted bow. However, I would never wish for someone to go bankrupt or wish for someone's ruination. That kind of negative energy can be a tricky bag full of karma.

  38. these girls are a national treasure! They are obviously on a mission to repopulate this country with biracial babies thereby eliminating any last trace of racism in the US!

  39. I don't have Star but this is a rehash -- remember three or four months ago, all those celebrities whose credit cards were hacked? The Kardashians were among them -- the have high monthly car payments, something like $1 million a month, and they make those payments through their credit cards. This already came out. That doesn't mean they don't pay down their credit cards every month and are carrying over that debt. (By the way: Any car payment or mortgage would be considered debt. That doesn't mean you aren't making your car payments or house or apartment rent each month.)

  40. Unfortnately don't think it's true ..

  41. Didn't the KKlan make $65 million in 2012? Or maybe that was 2011?

Either way, I hope it's true and that the IRS gets them for that church scam. Despicable.

  42. i'm sure they are well insulated through the licensing brands. They don't own anything they like Paris just sign their name to a contract and everyone else does all the work. So if the companies fail, they don't take the hit personally, just the corporation.

I don't think they are as rich as they would love everyone to believe. But they will never be poor unfortunately. I would give anything to see Scott go out and actually have to find a job to support his family.

i dont think their broke. But i do believe their cash stream coming in isnt like it used too.

  44. i don't really watch their show, but i remember seeing part of an episode before kim married kris. she was complaining about having to fly in kris's pastor from out of town and said something like, 'who's going to pay for this?!", and kris responded by saying he would use his flyer miles. i thought it was a weird thing for her to get upset about, considering how wealthy they appear to the world

  46. Sarah buying maternity clothes does suck but you'd still be buying bigger sizes as you went along if you decided not to. Also it's the kardashins "job" to wear designer clothes everyday isn't it? Whenever she mentions her "career" that's all I can drum up what she may mean....
