Montana Judge Apologizes For Rape Remarks

The Montana judge who gave a rapist a month in jail has apologized for his remarks about the deceased victim, but says he won't resign. 71 year old Todd Baugh said his remarks were stupid and that he regrets them but doesn't regret only sentencing the rapist to 30 days in jail. In the sentencing phase, the judge said the 14 year old girl that was raped by her 50 year old teacher multiple times and later killed herself acted older than her chronological age and that she was a willing participant. How can a 14 year old be a willing participant when she is being raped by her 50 year old teacher. The judge says he won't resign. He next comes up for election next year and has not decided whether he will run.

  2. Hopefully he will not be re-elected, idiot! He needs to be raped multiple times, but this jerk would probably like it.

  4. @Auntliddy one would think he knew what year it is; FFS can a minor even consent at 14?

  5. The idiotic thing with this is that the age of consent in Montana is 16, making it impossible for a 14 year-old to be considered a willing participant in a sexual relationship. When you add that the rapist was a teacher who abused his position of authority to get his rocks off you have a vile, disgusting crime that should have been dealt with by throwing the book at the perp and letting him be an example for anyone else who thinks it'd be a good idea to start fucking children.

  9. Fugazi Enty, this is old news. Under age kids are getting fucked all the time, so surely you can fill your rape/incest/molestation quota with fresh material each day.

What about beastiality? There are always good dude on horse and chicks gettin stuck by the family dog stories out there. You are really boxing yourself in by not proceeding in that direction. Take the f'n chains off already. You got plenty of animal lovers around here ready to be outraged.

"Just look at that standardbred's face, she was asking for it. Swishing her tail around, teasing that shmuck every time he was around."

"The Doberman obviously seduced the poor woman. Laying around all day, eyeballing her as he licked his cock and nuts. How could she hope to resist?"

"If the age of consent is 16 and a 15 year old girl has relations with a 17 year old dog, is she charged with beastiality and him with statutory rape, or are they offsetting penalties?"

Come one Fugazi Enty, put me on the Rape Desk. Uh...not like that. I mean put me in charge of that division. For a small weekly stipend, I can come up with a R/I/M/B story each day and write a piece to go with it that will incite these broads. Yer losin out on a ton of clicks.

  10. No legal consent. Go eff yourself, anyone who thinks 'statutory rape' is somehow more forgivable.

  11. Im originally from back East, I live now in Colorado. Ive heard many people out West here say that the farther North you go up out here, the nastier and more vile the people get. Not at all surprised. Its because of attitudes like the judges that most rape victims never report the crimes. I know if I was ever to be raped, God forbid, I wouldnt report it and then get victimized a second time by the state.
