Shipping boy could also be someone who pays the freight (charges) since he handled the bill of lading.
ReplyDelete"Shipping boy" on this site would be RDJ. "Whipping boy" ('S' and 'W' keys are right by each other and Enty loves to typo and not proofread) could be Ben Affleck.
ReplyDeleteI think it's like 'shippers,' as in 'worship.' This is a terms I've seen more in tv show forums or fanfic. Eg, one could have been a "spuffy shipper" back in the day, meaning you loved Spike anf Buffy coupling.

ReplyDeleteHmm to me 'shipper' is a word - albeit an internet word - but It's being used wrong. Okay site whipping boy ... whipping boy denotes constant mockery and derision but not RO'N level hatred. Travolta, Sheen, that sorta feel.
I thought it meant, like, a "yacht girl"?

ReplyDeleteOnly two possibilities IMO: either RDJ, who is supposedly Hiiim, or Ben Affleck, who was kind of a running gag back in the day because for a while, he was guessed for every single BI about an actor from A+ to B- list.
ReplyDeletePeople continually say RDJ is really cool. They never mention that he's a prima donna with attention grabbing qualities, that displays the plausibility of a pre-teen domestic dramatist.
