Blind Items Revealed

July 11, 2013

Shortly after this B+ list mostly movie actress split with her A+ list mostly movie actor husband she was asked out by a co-star, who also used to be an A+ list mostly movie actor. She was willing and said that she was excited about it until he picked her up and the for the next three hours she could barely breathe. Apparently the actor had not showered in weeks because he said he was cleansing his body of toxins and this included also not brushing his teeth despite chain smoking and gorging on coffee. When he went in for a kiss at one point, our actress said she would have rather died and was hoping to pass out.

Robin Wright/Sean Penn/Keanu Reeves (who after his recent movies and especially Ronin is now a former A+ lister but is probably a permanent A lister because of the name.)

  1. Agreed. Those are some pretty clear signs of depression.

  2. Oh yeah Sad. Jeez guys understand it don't have to be a gallon of Axe and a high colonic but soap water and toof paste. And no cologne anywhere near Mr.Happy. This has been a public service announcement. You are welcome.

  4. Take note on this about Keanu. Former A+ mostly movie actor with permanent A-list recognition. We need a spreadsheet. :-D

    1. @Freya, you weren't around when JSierra had hers? Ah, the good ol' days.

  5. Maybe Sean put him up to it. He seems to have cleaned up nicely lately promoting that new movie 47 something of Ronin.

  6. Lotta Keanu reveals lately. And his new film sure needs publicity.....

  7. Aww, poor Robin. It was NOT as she wished :(

  8. And this is why you should never let a guy pick you up for the first few dates. You just never know sometimes.

  9. He has a bit part in the new movie but you wouldn't know it by all the movie posters. At least the ones here. But he doesn't look all that clean in any case.

  10. Um, wouldn't he have smelled badly when they were filming???
I agree with @FlirtyChick74--for the first few dates, meet your date out! This way, you have your own transpo so you can make a quick getaway if you have to do it.

  11. I would clip on a clothespin for 15 minutes with "River's Edge" Keanu

  12. I don't get how not showering cleanses your body of toxins. Usually it's taking steam baths or soaking in a sauna to "pull toxins", not going completely without showering.

Daily exposure to soap and hot water can be damaging to skin (hence why many people are discovering the benefits of not showering every single day and then slapping on a layer of chemical moisturizer to make up for stripping the skin's natural oils), but if you're smelling rank, it's not the toxins coming out of your body, hon, it's your stinky sweat. Sweat is odorless, but if you smell when sweating, it's sweat interacting with the bacteria present on your skin and body hair.

And ya know, claiming a detox while chain smoking and gorging on coffee is like holding an AA meeting in a bar.

    1. (All of that to say - I don't believe this BI for a minute.)

  13. Hasn't robin Wright just got engaged to someone she's been with for a couple of years? Which makes this blind years old (I know, I know, you all know that anyway). But Keanu looks ok from a distance these days. And I have to say, I'd probably still hit it (ashamed emoticon).

  14. I vaguely recall that heroin addicts don't like to shower.

  16. Don't care, Keanu's breath could smell like the back of his ass and I would endure it.

As for his recent movies, they made a classic mistake with Man of Tai Chi and 47 Ronin, don't mix languages and brand it a foreign film expecting it to do well in the US.

  17. The on-call strippers must have tolerated a lot of funk from him.

He's nearly 50 and still gorgeous although obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. The trick would be luring him into my jacuzzi and feeding him some sort of minty beverage.

  18. Like your thinking ninotchka!

  19. Can you imagine how bad he must smell if the person who tolerated someone as smelly as Sean Penn can't even take it?! Yikes.

  20. They had good chemistry in "The Private Life of Pippa Lee" - with a good bit of smooching though - unless they power-washed him before filming? (although there is no way he can play as young as he was meant to be in that).

  21. I commented on that blind about how costumers have been mega grossed out by Depp, wanting to burn his street clothes, but the list of high profile stinky actors seems to be growing me need a full comprehensive list now. Ugh.

  22. I'm with you, di butler. Why are all these guys so stinky? They've got plenty of money to buy soap. Uggghhh.

  23. So, dude want to pull toxins out of his body, but then leave them on his skin? Seems legit.

  24. Gross. Robin Wright is so pretty, yet she appears to have terrible taste in men. Hope her new fiancee treats her well and bathes daily.

  25. @bacon ranch +1

    I still love you Keanu

  26. About 15 years ago, he was dating a relative of a friend of mine who apparently dumped him because he smelled bad. So this is neither surprising nor new!

  27. shhh...pretty keanu...things are better the less you talk (including your movies)

but you can come to my place and we can do a lot of not talking together..and possibly some bathing.
