As a teacher who knows how hard it is to ensure that my students have adequate supplies, I think that donors choose http://www.donorschoose.org/ is a great organization. Teachers are able to post their needs, their wish lists, and their dream projects. Then donors.....well, donors choose the one that they would like to support. Support kids by supporting teachers and their classrooms through Donors Choose! Have an awesome holiday season!

I don't watch Christmas movies. I do watch the Christmas episodes of my all time favorite TV shows (Spin City had the funniest Christmas show ever). Last night I watched The Sopranos Ep. where Bobby dressed as Santa and tonight it's the first episode of Six Feet Under. I might watch The Ref and Gremlins though. Those are Christmas movies I can get into.

What happened to your l, Jason?

Oil pulling. I would like to plug oil pulling. Google! Never have another cavity. Never have plaque buildup ever again. Never have bad breath or morning breath ever again. It takes getting used to but well worth the effort. Also whitens teeth - never buy whitening strips again. Can help keep you healthy by removing harmful bacteria. This is the most important health thing I learned this year!! Oil pulling. I started with olive oil but now use coconut oil, as suggested. I started with olive oil because that is what was available.

Merry Christmas and Happy: Christmas Eve, Holidays, Festivus (yesterday), Hanukkah, Kwanza, Solstice and New Year! I've got nothing to plug, but love the great links and tips. I'm off to that paranormal site next. Got the other sites bookmarked for later. Thanks, all!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all CDaner's & their loved ones.
Thinking of those who find this time of year difficult.
I have already watched Love Actually so my Christmas movie viewing is done.

My plug is to ask everyone to make a will. My brother died without one & I am continuing to fight bureaucracy.

I wanna plug another gossip blog called Just say Jenn. Jenn has lots of good background information about what working in the gossip biz is like, besides have lots of great blinds.

Incidentally, she confirms that _this_ gossip blog is a collective effort. She also explains the whole blind item thing. Gossip writers get submissions from everyone, everywhere. Most sites will run a submitted blind as actual news if they get additional confirmation besides the initial report. If they don't, they run it as a blind item.
She says an established blog/reporter gets tons of submissions. So that explains how this site can run so many blinds every day.

Jenn also has some very juicy BIs of her own. A couple of them really sound like she's talking about Enty's very own MV. One has to do with a huge, troubled singing star who everyone says can't sing. The reality is, she could sing really well when she was young. But her mom pushed her into being sexy, including plastic surgery, and her vocal chords were damaged during one procedure. Since then, she can't sing.

Another BI has to do with two divas - one A list, one lower down. They are deadly enemies - yet, when the lower-ranked diva experienced some troubles, the A lister came to her aid. Apparently it's all to keep something in their mutual past quiet.

Google Just Say Jenn and happy BI reading to you!

Hi. I'm plugging my 2013 CD "Dirty Red Pagan". it took all my $$, a kickstarter fund, and loads of time and talent (of others, not only me) to make but I'm very proud of it. It's pop/soul/funk/ballads with what many feel is a theatrical bent. It's only $10 plus $2 shipping at Gilbertneal.com

Thanks and merry holiday

Happy Holidays to all of you!

My annual plug is to please adopt pets from animal shelters or rescue organizations. So many animals die each day simply because they weren't adopted in time. They will love you forever and make the best pets. God bless!

Merry Christmas, everyone! I'm away from Toronto for Christmas, and am mildly worried about my house due to the ice storm, since all my friends are away for Christmas...

Aside from that, just finished "It's a Wonderful Life", which is my Christmas Eve tradition. Part of that tradition, of course, is crying every time.
