16 Year Old Girl Charged With Murder Of 43 Year Old Boyfriend During Sex Game

A 16 year old was arrested and charged with murder in Arizona after what she says was a sex game gone wrong. The teen was having sex in her house with her 43 year old boyfriend or trick, no one is quite sure yet when her mom called police. The mom didn't call the police because the two were having sex which frightens me. Nope. She called the police because the man died during sex. The teen told police that the man died while she was cutting him and and using erotic strangulation. I didn't even know 16 year olds knew about that kind of thing. When police arrived they found the man with cords still around his neck and cuts all over his body. The teen fled before police arrived but was captured and charged with second degree murder.

    It's very scary what young kids know these days. I overheard a THIRTEEN year old talking about anal sex. I was still playing with my Barbie's at 13. It's scary for our youth, that's for sure.

    What the... On what freaking planet does a 43 year old bloke come anywhere near your 16 year old daughter?
    Having written that, keep up with my niece on Facebook (fractured family). Her mum wrote how my niece, who is 11 years old, had bought her own earring which was for the cartiledge at the top of her ear. In the comments the mother then wrote that next was a belly button ring and then a tongue ring. She turns 12 in April. What do children have to look forward to when they have no boundaries and do everything before they are 18.
    She also sent her to a 'formal' for the end of primary school in an adult dress that was cut down, full make-up, false nails, hair for an adult and heels. Is it me? Am I just old or is the world going to hell in a hand basket?

    Well, unless the guy was drunk or incapacitated in some other way, I'm inclined to think it was consensual.

    I don't see how a 16 year old girl could kill a grown man with her bare hands. I mean, apparently she did, obviously; I just mean he was fine with being choked and cut, and it went too far. Does that even count as manslaughter?

    Don't get me started on the mother. She's the one who needs to be in prison. She's either grossly negligent or pimping her own child.

    On a planet where many 16 year olds are going on 30 in terms of worldly knowledge and sexual experience. I'll even hazard a guess that the teen put herself out there and solicited him.

    I'm confused. If the man had survived and somehow found out to be having sex with a 16 year old girl, wouldn't that be rape? Wouldn't the girl be a victim? But now she is an accused murderer? I wish this country would pick a side and stick with it.

    Age of consent in Arizona is 18 so sex would be illegal. However I don't know if this meets the Arizona definition of sex (i.e. if she just tied him up and cut him but there was no penetration would it still qualify as sex in Arizona?). I couldn't help but wonder whether the daughter might be taking the rap for the mother but maybe I'm just read too many Lana Turner bios.

    @Ice Angel, life isn't black and white. She admitted the encounter was consensual and she wasn't defending herself. Regardless of age or state, when you recklessly cause another person's death, you're going to be charged.

    Plus, the mother left them at her home alone. At the very least, she had to know her daughter's 'friendship' with him was highly inappropriate. It wouldn't surprise me if she ends up getting charged too.

    Being from Phoenix I know that part of Glendale is GHETTO. It's dirty, nasty and it's a place populated mostly by illegals.

    So it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the victim was indeed a john and that the mother was fine with her daughter getting paid for sex. They should charge the mother with neglect.

    Pretty nasty stuff. However, I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about a 16 yo having sex. (Although, the *kind* of sex...oy.) And yes, I was still a virgin at 16 too. Pretty much the only one I knew by that point, and that was a lot of years ago already.

    About 10 yrs. ago a friend was telling me about clothes for *little girls* & how disgusted she was as a Mom of a 4 yr. old. Went to my local Target - high heeled stripper shoes, see-thru tops, BRAS for 6 yr. olds. Few years later A&F was doing thongs for 4 year olds, too. Sexualizing kids is really a horribly ill thing to do. And this story's an example of what can be the end result.
