I love old comedians. God bless your heart Sid. You and Imogene can do your act for the angels now.
Mornin' all. I'm up. Frist (typo and it stays)
RIP Sid.
G'morn, Sherry luv! :)
He was so funny, and one of the last remaining members of his generation.
Hi Sherry - love your "frist!" Hi Meanie!
Morning Meanie. My sis said they got loads of snow over in CLT area. Stay warm!
Morning to you as well Surfer. I forgot where you are but I feel it may also be a cold climate so stay toasty as well.

I have no idea who he is ... but 91 is a great age. May he RIP.
One of the pioneers of American tv Stepforded. His staff included Neil Simon, Mel Brooks and Woody Allen.
RIP Grease's coach.
RIP Sid - thanks for all you did.
Without your guidance, chances are we'd all still be watching test patterns.
Oh man, that train to heaven is really filling up this week…RIP Sid you have much to be proud of..
My parents were from his generation, so we used to watch his show in repeats when I was a kid. He was hilarious. Well worth the google to those who don't know him.
Is this number 3? Philip Seymour Hoffman, Shirley Temple, Sid Caesar. I hope so. :(
RIP Sid, my gran adored you.
I heard a great piece about his career last night on NPR--I didn't realize he was only 26 when his show was such a big hit--and that by his mid-thirties, his heyday was over.
I have seen some of his old shows online--he really formed such a team of great people--most of whom became stars themselves.
Now's about the time that all the old greats are going to start going....this makes me sad. Stay healthy Mel Brooks!!!
I love Mel Brooks with the fire of a thousand suns
