Suckling boar.
Steak, also love shish ka bobs (shrimp ones)
Everything is good on the grill actually.
Juicy fillet steak.
Cheese and bananas. Separately.
cauliflower, potato, onion, eggplant, pineapple, peach, portobella caps.
Beef doesn't matter which cut and this includes all beef hot dogs.
Hotdogs come in beef? I prefer anus and grissle
Peaches!
Blackened swordfish and bacon wrapped scallops.
Steak. With a rub of cumin, cayenne, paprika and garlic. Bit of kosher salt. Great.... This Cliff bar no longer looks Remotely appetizing.
New York Strip Bone-In..no doubt.
In all seriousness, skinless chicken breast seasoned in garlic, fresh mint and lemon juice on the George Foreman is pretty good with thick cut chips
Everything is better on the grill.. my favorite thing that surprised me the most was lamb chops marinated overnight in plain yogurt. I usually don't enjoy lamb that much but marinating in the yogurt removed any hint of gaminess and they were out of this world awesome.
Hebrew National all beef hot dogs. kosher. Expensive. Sabrett all beef hot dogs also expensive crunch when you bite into them.
Steak with all sorts of veggies grilled with some olive oil & garlic.
The kind of sausage with the cheese inside
I am definitely going to try this!
Applegate farms hot dogs are half the calories of Hebrew National, though not all stores have them and Hebrew Nationals are tasty.
You're all making me goddamn hungry.
Bratwursts
Kabobs! In the following order:
Onion, bacon, meat, green bell pepper, repeat. The sweetness of the onion paired with the bacon and the bacon next to the meat ensures the meat does not dry up.
Yes!
A good steak, some grilled veggies and pineapple, and my own recipe for beach potatoes. Yummmmm!!!!
+ 1 Hebrew National hot dogs...They are expensive but definitely worth it.
+ Infinity.
We raised two calves when I was a kid. I so grew to hate them (Gayle, check to see if the cows need food/water/salt. Gayle go shovel out the cow's pen. Gayle....) But that was the best damn steak I ever ate.
Pineapple, sweet potatoes, asparagus and bell peppers.
Gonna have to try Hebrew National hot dogs now.
I love grilled corn on the cob.
And corn! Grilled corn on the cob is delicious.
Tuna steak
London Broil. Get good meat so you don't have to mask the flavor w/ marinade. Light dusting of Montreal Steak Seasoning. Have the grill really hot to sear each side to lock in the juices, then lower it a little, so you warm the inside.
Mmmmm (SFW)
Be careful what you put down for this. In college there was a signup for what kind of meat you wanted at a bbq and someone signed up a guy for 'Yak penis' and for the next four years his nickname was 'Yak' or sometimes 'Yak penis' depending on the formality of use. Hell if I saw him today I would probably reflexivley call him Yak - I'd have to think a while to come up with his real name.
Porterhouse, T-Bone, bone-in Rib Eye, Shrimp, Corn on the cob, potato.
Ribeyes marinated with Worchester sauce, soy sauce & Montreal steak seasoning. Serve with grilled corn. That's what's cooking this Monday at this house.
Not a Rib Eye fan. I go for the Strip/Shell steak.
Salmon fillets...and what everyone else said, minus the Yak Peen.
Chix, burgers, steak, vidalia onions, zucchini. Now im hungry!
Yep, any BBQ food is good food. I might even be inclined to try grilled yak penis. LOL
Camembert!
Mmmm...
My uncles used to do this in the ground. Dig a hole and put grill like grates in it. A few hours and PRESTO!
one of the awesome events of my summer trips to south Carolina. It beats picking butter beans. :^(
@procrastibator
chicken wings and FRESH hamburgers. the frozen ones taste like cardboard.
Poor little things... the cows, I mean.
Corn on the cob
Burgers.
I do baked potato on the grill. Cut slits in the potato wide enough to stuff in vidalia onion slices
drizzle with a tasty vinaigrette or my favorite, melted garlic and dill butter
Then wrap close in tin foil.
Very creamy potato :-D
Great weekend for the Dingle family grill to be packed up and be put on a ship. :'(
@Charlie, yes! Brats (and mets) at Riverside Stadium...ah, perfection.
Though halloumi is current BBQ favourite as I can't really find brats here.*
*um, haven't really tried...
@texas, I love the yak story.
Something similar (and gross): used to work with a guy in Australia who, coming back from the pub, squatted outside a David Jones dept store and shat. (Something to do with customer dissatisfaction over a tie, I believe.)
Made the mistake of telling us and instantly be a&e forever k own as Tolley (Aussie slang for a turd).
Good times.
Grilled corn is the best although a lovely piece of salmon to go with it is also a winner.
Is throwing shrimp on the barbie like throwing
Beiber on selena??
Boca burgers and corn on the cob
