It was probably a gestational surrogate. Someone else had used them for both her kids. Trying to remember who.

If its kidman, her kids are adorable. And surrogate means her egg, his sperm so baby does look like her. And it isnt wrong to want your kids to look their best. I do it with my grandchildren all the time!
