Off Topic

I got a 5,000 piece puzzle at a garage sale. No picture of the puzzle though on the box. I can't decide if I should try.

Who relaxes over a puzzle, anyway?
Books, that's the ticket.

Think of it like a life metaphor. Have a crack and see where it takes you. No regrets.
So deep.

Why buy a 5000-piece puzzle and not know whether you will put it together or not? Ask your parents to help. That's something old people like to do. Or is that crossword puzzles? Can't remember. Oh, well. Do it anyway.

It's either that or clean your room in Mom's basement.

First, make absolutely certain you have all 5000 pieces.

Puzzles are like crack, very addicting once you start.
And like PC's, they are "time" thieves.

So, yeah, you should do it. Hopefully you have a spare table.

I used to love doing puzzles. The hardest one, by far, I worked on with my Grandma for a week or two. It was a picture of a white ceramic bowl filled with hard boiled eggs, sitting on a plain white table. It was torture!

i love puzzles. we had one on the coffe table a couple years ago and it was as if we were in possession of a dinosaur bone or something. people thought it was weird. they were confused. apparently they hadnt seen a puzzle since they were children.

BUT...5k pieces? Holy Cow! that quite the undertaking. AND no pic? ARE U INSANE ENTY PERSON?

It sounds like lots of cocktails are in order. That and a hammer to make the odd pieces fit. Enjoy!

I hate puzzles. My brain just does not work that way.

One question for ya Enty. Was the puzzle box unsealed? If so, you may not know until you've done 99.98% of the work that the box only has, say, 4,999 pieces in it.

But yeah, go for it! Let us know how it went.

Hope it's not a huge photo of the Kartrashians or something!

:-)
