Blind Item #10
This B+ list USA actor who you actually heard of before his current show is shacking up with his niece. He thinks it is fine because she is not blood related. She is barely legal and it has been going on for almost six months. He introduces her as his girlfriend but sometimes she lets it slip they are related.

Good grief!
seems completely reasonable to me lol
I'm not fond of incest blinds. I know not blood related, but still a family member by marriage.
this sounds like JWoods. doesnt it im sure.
**doesnt FIT
LL cool j is all that comes to mind this is whack
USA makes me think of Jeffrey Donovan and it's not true, Michael Weston would never!
USA actors who would be previously known:
Corbin Bernsen
Bruce Campbell
Henry Winkler
Peter Gallagher
Maybe Goldblum? He a freak too
Henry Winkler has been happily married for decades.
Why hasn't this worked like a Bat-Signal for Count Jerkula?
Not Bruce or Donovan, as it's a current show. Burn Notice ended. On a side note, Jeffrey Donovan is an enormous *bellend*
This could be any one of hundreds, lets be honest. Unless the USA is meant be some big clue.
Me thinks it's Goldblum or Cool J, violet
oh right. It is a big clue. Tom Ellis.
USA is a cable network here.
Don't forget Campbell Scott
SPOILER
leaving Royal Pains
But I don't think he has a niece.
His dad was the amazing George C Scott and his mom was the equally amazing Colleen Dewhurst (Melinda in Anne of Green Gables).
Factoids:
Has an older brother: writer and theatrical stage manager, Alexander Scott; a half-sister: stage and TV actor Devon Scott and two other half-siblings: Matthew and Victoria Scott.
I am thinking this is supposed to be a USA-original show (Psych, Suits, etc), not one in syndication like L&O.
Not Melinda, MARILLA!
This is not incest so who cares. I'm more freaked that Campbell Scott is leaving the show? Does that mean Hank Med has to move?
Lady- I'm just going to leave Urban Dictionary open today.
Bellend -Another word that I didn't know, but if I had a picture to see (ala Gordon Ramsey on the DM), I would have got it!
Most Insane New of Today: Andrew Keegan started his own RELIGION!
Looks like those gang bangers beat the crazy right into him!
Didn't Goldbloom just get engaged to a 30 something yoga instructor?
@WhatsNew, right? Again?! I think they may spin it so Boris leaves everything to HankMed (again) and they don't have to leave.
Also, Campbell Scott is a brilliant narrator. He did "Oryx and Crake" by Margaret Campbell and I could listen to it all day and not got anything done.
@LadyH, we're on the same page. I saw that Keegan article in the DM and what the what? Ramtha did it better!
Margaret Atwood, not Margaret Campbell.
I need coffee...
Is she hot?
Here's the scoop from Kneepads on the Goldblum engagement.

@Seven of Eleven
An Atwood fan, too?...
I may have a crush on you now.
@Yoj, I love Margaret Atwood! Handmaid's Tale was my first and I've been hooked ever since. Year of the Flood wasn't my favorite, but I did like MaddAdam.
And in case you or any other Atwood fans didn't know, MaddAdam is being developed a show for HBO by Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, The Wrestler, Black Swan, that hideous Noah movie).

This is the ultimate "almost" BI: "Almost incest" and "almost pederast", but neither of the premises is actually in, therefore nothing important is happening.

Oooo about macadam on hbo!
@Seven of Eleven
I would rather 'Oryx and Crake' had been a standalone novel.
First world problem: the occasional disappointment because a beloved author sets the bar so high.
I still haven't forgiven Aronofsky for depicting the Nephilim as ROCK MONSTERS!
Oh man, the rock monsters! And the flood coming from below, and that seed thing, and the trees. I was MST3K the whole time and I'm a Russell Crowe fan.
I agree, Oryx and Crake as a standalone would have been perfect. Year of the Flood with the songs bored me, it felt so contrived. I liked the general idea of the story, but not the execution.
@msgirl, ^5! And I misspelled it twice, it's MaddAddam, from the game they played in the first book. And THIS!
Margaret Atwood’s Game Is Here And It’s Awesome
@Seven of Eleven
This will give you an idea of just how big a loser I am: I prefer board games.
Daniel Sunjata: Currently stars on Graceland; previously on Rescue Me and L&O: SVU
Took my a couple days to comment on Robin William"s passing. My friend worked on TheCrazy Ones. He has known "that" actress for years. Getting back on point. He has said Robin was a class act, kind, generous, very emotionally supportive of my friend when that friend was going through a tough illness. The cast and crew on The Crazy Ones are devastasted and gutted that Robin in no longer in the world. Very sad in Los Angeles. God Rest his soul.
I read a novel of Margaret Atwood which probably overly influenced my world view from that point. I was very impressionable in those days.
The Edible Woman.
LLCoolJ has been married to the same woman for many years and has at least two beautiful daughters. I can't imagine he would do something as nasty as this. In fact, I don't think it's nice to even make guesses about this.
Circe, what did your friend have to say about "that" actress? Or are you referring to your friend? The whole world is heartbroken over Robin but I would presume nowhere more profoundly than the city of his industry. It's gonna hurt me for a long, long time. Can anyone just imagine the memorial?
Goldblum's woman is 31. Winkler and LL Cool J are happily married.
I kinda don't wanna guess either.
She's barely legal, they've been dating for 6 months, and they've know each other for years because they are related my marriage. Really disturbing. He groomed her. He waited until she was legal so he wouldn't go to jail. Sick.
@Tina Mallette
'The Edible Woman' really resonates, doesn't it?
@Me
Yes. It's the Woody Allen rationale.
Eh, I can't get upset until I know more details. I mean, how long have they been related? I'm guessing not long if no one knows they're step uncle and niece. It sounds like she's legal and he likes her, so no judgment here today.
I was waiting for someone to mention this! I saw VIP in one of the pics
I am a huge Atwood groupie. Love her. Have most of her books. Also love Aronofsky : I think he will do MaddAdam justice. Squeal!
Matt Passmore from Satisfaction .... 40yrs old and divorced .... Previously from The Glades on A&E, now cancelled
Harry Hamlin is on USA. Rush.
Random true fact: Margaret Atwood lives about 10-15 minutes from me.
@Me This. This so much.
Wow... didn't know that The Fonz and LL Cool J were married! :-P
I fucked up on both counts here, sherry. I hate the smell of incest in the morning :(
Surfer: THAT is amazing!
Morgan Freeman was involved in a similar situation before. Hollywood did NOTHING, and he kept getting acting roles.
Wait..Daniel Sunjata is someone I've heard of before? No he isn't.
Denzel detox/rehab gossip in the am pretty please. Enty? Thanks bud.
Lady h I saw something on that in dm but didn't click on the link. Got any deets??
I met Margaret Atwood briefly at an author's convention. She was not very nice to 'the help'.
Fucking is just like pick up basketball: No Blood, No Foul.
Me too!
@Count Jerkula
I think I once saw that on a 'Hallmark' card.
Studio, technically he isnt breaking any law or committing incest. It is his step grandaughter, no blood relation. Does SOUND kinda creepy tho. Mb he didnt even meet her til she was in her 30s. Idk.
Suge, read it too. Apparently he spent two weeks on vacay with family, drinking and partying the whole time. Boat docked, and went iff to rehab to dry out. Either theres more to his drinking than was made known, or, what i think is he prob has a movie to show up for. Goes to dry dock, dries out, fasts, loses a few pounds, loking good and off to the set.
Marilla! Elderberry wine.
@Yoj:
Roses are red, fold em they crease,
Ya can't get in trouble, for tappin a fake neice.
@Count
Aww, I knew you were a romantic at heart, Count!
My favourite of your poems:
Hardwood floors,
Maybe a throw rug from time to time, but
Hole to hole only occasionally
In the winter
It is easier
For chicks to shave smooth, cause
They can wear thongs to soak up
Ass crack sweat
Honestly, that one brought a tear to my eye.
Yoj: Age/Height/Location. TY
@Count
You smooth talker, you!
I'm sorry to have to tell you that I'm not a post-pubescent, pocket-sized drug addict with daddy issues. But rather, a 5'10" 31-year-old British librarian with common sense.
@Yoj: Don't pigeon hole me. 31, 5'10 and non drug addict are all doable. Airfare and common sense are potential deal breakers though.
What are your feelings on buttcheek selfies?
common sense is a deal breaker?? well fuck then i guess i'm out..sads face
as far as buttcheek selfies go.. i can't hold the phone that far out to get the whole ass in 1 frame
@Count
Male buttcheeks don't really do anything for me, Count. But thanks for offering.
@sugarbread maker
Have you access to a photocopier? And a fax machine?
@Sugarbread: If you can drink away the common sense we could work something out.
Also, most smart phones, have Panorama Mode on the camera, so there is no copping out on Buttcheek Selfies ;D
Yoj: My ass is nice and meaty, you would enjoy giving it a squeeze.
count.. thanks will remember that.. lmfao
thanks yoj
@Count
I'm vegan, Count. No *meat* shall ever pass my lips.
