ReplyDeleteI don't see a problem with this and maybe that makes me weird but maybe she was just looking out for her kid and wanted to be there for her if she freaked out or if anything bad happened. I think Madonna really loves her kids and just wants to be there for them when she can.

ReplyDeleteI don't think you're weird, Jack. I can see what you're saying but it is too intimate a thing to do knowing that your mother is in the NEXT room and knows what you are doing. If she had said that Lourdes could text her or something while she was in a different wing of the house or a different house altogether, then I could maybe get on board. But the next room? Nope.
It says the next room but it's most likely just in the same house if this happened at all. How would enty even know this? I mean honestly does he have recording devices in every celebrities house?

It's not the 19th century. She could have texted with "questions". How many "questions" could she have, given that there's virtually nothing unknown about sexual intimacy in the 21st century?
I have no desire to be aware of when and where my children are having sex, period. What parent wants in on that? Is this hand-holding reciprocal?To me, this is completely over the line. Post-sex questions are OK. During sex questions posed to your mother are just plain weird.

Going to a gyn is different from being available to coach you daughter during sex. What an utter control freak and I do find it a bit sick..

I love how when Madonna was young she did everything she wanted and was crazy wild. Now that she's older and has kids - she sounds like a complete control freak over everything her daughter does. This blind comes off as very creepy to me. They make it sound like she had a spy cam in there or something. Gross!

Kno, no going with your child to the first ob/gyn makes sense, that makes more sense than ever esp if she is under 18, with the recent cases of perverted gynecologists.

I would need so much therapy if I was Lourdes.
ReplyDeleteIt shows a level of control over her environment that actually impinges on her children's normal development. There is a big problem, and no doubt at least one of the kids will have these obsessive control issues as well. It's a level of bad that isn't going to make for healthy adults, and if she feels as though she is losing control she will use money to keep it. The kids will never be free unless they become financially independent of money bags.
