Nick Cannon Now Denies Trouble In Paradise Quote

Last month Nick Cannon was asked about the state of his marriage and he said, "There is trouble in paradise." The his dad joined in with all the things wrong with Mariah Carey and why Nick is such a great guy and then Mariah started coming out of her apartment in broad daylight on a regular basis. Now, even though Mariah has started the divorce process and has been meeting with attorneys, Nick now denies that he ever said there was trouble in paradise and took to Twitter to praise Mariah and tell the world he loves her and will always loves her for giving birth to their kids. He also said people have been slandering Mariah. Umm, who? As diva as Mariah is I think most people have come down firmly on her side in this. Nick did admit that their marriage is "difficult" right now. Yeah, it must be especially challenging knowing she is talking to lawyers. He wants to be portrayed as the good guy which is why he did this Twitter rant. He leaked that he offered to go to marriage counseling with Mariah and that she turned him down. More stuff to try and show that he is the good and noble one here which no one is buying.

    There was a blind on bg yesterday that said after he started trash talking her in media she called Lee Daniels and had him not hired to play Richard Pryor which he had been telling everyone he had in the bag so he is majorly backpedalling. He realized she has all th ed Power in Hollywood

      IKR? Pryor's story is a powerhouse, it needs someone with real acting chops to take that on and not have it be reduced to a Lifetime movie.

      I don't care who it went to, Pryor's kids even said it should be marlon. Mike Epps can't even spell and is an ignorant idiot. Marlon has proven that he can act and he should be Richard Pryor. Mike Epps is a mistake.

    Nick is completely wrong for not keeping his mouth closed and comprehending the imbalance in their relationship. But, I've got to assume there is a little bit of saint in him for staying with her as long as he did. She seems completely off balance to me. I think marriage to her would be difficult for anyone.

    Yeah, I read the BG site also, stating he wanted the Richard Pryor movie, but she worked with Lee Daniel;s & is friends with him & just made a call to him.

    I think Nick is getting reminded that Mariah is the bigger star, she may be a diva, but she has earned her place.

    Mariah getting Nick fired almost makes me like her, she shouldn't have been the reason why he got the job anyway- would have been a horrible choice and an injustice to Richard Prior.
    Who cares about their relationship- Nick has overstayed his welcome anyway.

    Well, it looks like I'm the only one on Nicks team. If Lee Daniels cut out Nick due to Mariah's request, that prob means he was considering him due to Mariah's request. They may support each other, but had Lee selected his fav actor, I doubt Mariah could do jack.
    She obviously has supporters, but he's no slouch. He'll be just fine w/o her. He may want to keep his true, and valid, opinions to himself and keep his "nice guy" persona up for sake if his career.
    IMHO, she's a has been. Will her singing live on? Yeah, probably, as maybe it should. (If only that stupid shrieking could be removed/ugh!) I've never liked her, never saw her actually look good or thin like she thinks she was and keeps pretending to be and lives to have people think that she is. DIVA? More like vane, insane, Betch.
    Hang in there Nick!!! People know divorce is hard an often full of lies.

    Can't really say anything that hasn't already been said, except that I think the kids would be better off with him. Does that make me Team Nick? Whatever. Either way, she strikes me as a couple loaves short of a full bread basket, and dependent on da drugs to make it through the day. Now, I'm the last person to judge a ho if they need a Xanax here or there, but chickadee seems like it takes a lot more than that, and I think if the kids grew up without ole' Nicky Boy there, they'll end up largely ignored. And we've seen what happens to kiddos in Hollywood that grow up ignored!! Sad, really, but just a hunch I have...

    Of course, his ego is a mile wide so maybe it's a matter or bad or worse when it comes to the better parent, but that's just always the impression I've had.

    Team Nick. Diva Mariah has some nerve about him working all the time when they don't need the money. Maybe he wanted to shake the Mr. Mariah rep by making as much money as possible. She is a drunk and surrounded by Yes people. I'd want to get the kids away from her too. Oh, and what about Nick's Dad writing on FB that Mariah gD an abortion because she only wantd two kids? That's hard to forgive.
