Un. Cool.
Chris kattan/
Gerard Butler for B list.
Ricky Bobby/Mike Honcho
Nvm, don't think he's been around for two decades.
Katan/David spade
Dane Cook and ???
VIP is back, and in top form! FFF!
Kattan/David spade
Spade does look the same. Too bad Farley is gone. They were great together
Bey and Jay, duh
Bullseye!
That Beyoncé, always getting girls to eat the cake....
I agree snoolie. He was everything
*snookie
My cuz!
(not really, but if others can claim famous folks I figure I can too)
I can't see anyone doing backward somersaults for
Either of these two.
Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels.
Spade has game
Dreadful Famous Person Confession:
Billy Graham (yes, the evangelist) is my cousin.
I saw Ted Danson once so you could say we're good friends now.
I saw Ursula Andress shopping in Rome. She looked like shit.
I think David Spade is sexy. Hope it isn't him but it wouldn't reAlly shock me
I love Joe Dirt!
I know someone related to Jim Bakker. My friend is related to some chick who dated Leonardo DiCaprio back in the day. The closest I have been to a celeb is seeing the local meteorologist at Rite Aid.
Eddie Murphy & Arsenio Hall,
Yaaaay!
That is a good guess, Vita. They both fit.
My best *see* was Adrian Grenier on Fire Island in July 2006. Even from 100 ft, his eyes are arresting.
Hmm....I once saw Kevin Kline on 6th Avenue...saw Mark Consuelos at a mall appearance...saw a pope a couple three times....saw The Temptations pretty close up when I was little. The real Temptations. Because I'm frickin old. O.L.D.
Gross!
I was pretty close to Tori Amos at a concert, if that counts. She looks much better in person. Her hair looks really soft too, which sounds kind of creepy.
I have actually hung out with plenty of famous people (my man is a lighting director for rock shows), but I'm not one to brag....
@kno agree
about Grenier!!
He used to play with his bro/bandmate (the honey brothers) around a bit...they were quite good
And seeing the Temptations is pretty awesome actually...
Don't tease us enty. What was some of the stuff they made them do????
@vita..Murphy is a great guess, but pretty sure he was a definite A.....some of the greatest comic films...wish he'd come back
It was definitely some of the sleaziest stuff I have heard about in awhile.
Sleazier than posting a BI about who was the victim of a rape, who was molested in her teens, which parents had sex with their kids? Huh.
@VIP......I needed that this morning so big shout out to you & Colin.
@Just U - start a blog. I'll visit! (pretend you're an attorney)
I saw Bernadette Peters a long time ago, she is gorgeous and very petite. Very nice to her fans. Shook Eddie Money's hand, it was sweaty but he smelled good.
Nailed that one though. I'll take my wins where I can get em..
Vile asshole ass balloon behavior. Hope their livers give out.
@Kno Won Uno I think enough people have started, and pimped, their blogs around here. I wouldn't have the time!
But I do have a Temptations story.
A few years back my man was on tour with them. It was my man's birthday and the Temptattoos gave him a cake and sang Happy Birthday for him. They gave him champagne, but he doesn't drink, so he brought it home for me.
We don't even know what the behavior was??
*Temptations. Damn phone!!!
Wait, are we sharing nefarious family connections? If so, here's mine. My grandmother's cousin was married to Jimmy Roselli. Between pissing off Sinatra and demanding more money than he was worth, Jimmy managed to blacklist himself. Here the link to his obit in New York Times
A fun fact not included in the obit: John Travolta optioned his life story and was trying to have a movie made (with himself as Jimmy) back in the '90s.
Wow...getting drunk and abusing groupies. Classy.
Hmm..Much as I love them, Saget and Stamos?
Kattan & spade are good guesses. +1
I like the Spade/Katan guess.
Thanks Crila and eros!!
@Its just U The Temptations SANG to him? Holy shit. To. Die!
I once had a 10 minute conversation with Robert DiNero out side the Roxbury he was with Joe Pesci and Tookie..we were waiting for our cars (there valet was horrible I have no idea where they parked cars but it seemed to be miles from the club). I was 21 at the time. He gave me the best advice as I was just starting out in entertainment he said "look around...these people..are not your friends. Remember that. They are good people, but they are not your friends. You know who your friends are."
Best advice I ever got.
Good. Stupid whores don't deserve any better.
@KnoWonUno: I don't think Billy Graham is dreadful!
Famous person connection: I saw Heloise shopping in Steinmart in San Antonio. Her grey hair was gorgeous.
Another famous person: One of my former students is/was a porn actress and was on the cover of Hustler.
How did this thread become "Your Turn"? Well since it did here's one. The Enty post is about creeps, but this has no creepyness. In 1969 I spent a summer weekend in a cabin on an Adirondack lake with Cybill Shepard and 4 other people. The 3 guys had gotten their MBAs together at Tuck and it was a mini reunion. One couple was married, my boyfriend and the other guy, John Bruno a NYC restauranteur weren't. John arrived in a Ferrari with this gorgeous blonde. She had just won some beauty contest and had done a Glamour cover. I recognized her, but my date had never heard of her. She was a lot like Jennifer Lawrence, no filter, loved to eat, good water-skier, fun to be around...not a hint of a diva, she wore no make-up(she might have been 19) but had her case with her and it was jammed full of products so that it was about the size of a football. Oddly, she kept suntan oil in her hair all weekend so that it wouldn't be weather damaged.
@unknown....good share.
I can absolutely picture him saying that.
And good advice, indeed
@Kno Wan Uno Yeah, they had a bit of a party in the catering services. The whole crew were there and when.he walked in they shouted surprise. The caterers had all his fave foods and stuff, then at the end the Temptations walked in with his cake and sang to him. He was stunned, but very taken aback.
Not many people get that kinda treatment.
There's video floating around somewhere, but what happens backstage usually stays backstage.
Usually.
Michael Keaton and Ed Norton
I heart Robert Deniro and his spot on advice.
Texas-seems like they himiliated the women to see who wld debase themselves most fir privilage of going home with them. See above.
Jon Favreau & Vince Vaughn as the wild card guess!
Here's a novel for ya.
Took the kids to see Alice Cooper/ Thin Lizzy/ Def Leppard. My man was on the tour so we got backstage and up to dressing rooms/ catering.
The Thin Lizzy boys got the kids cake and drinks. Buzzing with them. They wanted me to stay for drinks, but I couldn't with the kids. I've hung out with them before so that's okay.
The Alice Cooper crew took us out the back to look at all the props. The youngest was a bit scared, but they made it fun. She even dressed as Alice Cooper that Halloween.
But the Def Leppard boys were very snotty. They were about a half hour late for the stage already when my youngest needed the bathroom. The toilets were in the corridor of the venue but the band said nobody was allowed in the corridor until they've exited.
They left us waiting another 20 minutes and then insisted we leave to the stage area before they would move.
That doesn't sound so bad, but when you have a bursting 9 year old, hopped up on coke and cake and rock music, it is terrible.
Even their security were apologising, saying they've asked the band but they won't allow it.
2 minutes in a corridor, that's all.
Anyway, it was a great show and we loved it. I love when his tours come to town.
@Pip, this tickled my funny bone. I should shop Rite Aid more.
Alice Cooper is all time...
My favourite band story was hanging out with INXS in their dressing room for three hours before they went on stage at Dapto Leagues club when I was 17. Then being kissed by Michael when he sang "The Loved One". Even working for a record company and looking after touring artists in my 20's couldn't top that night.
unknown.. great story about deniro..
got any more??
We get it. Penis.
The frigging Temptations?? I dare anyone to top that!
Okay, I'm thinking its just u will continue to top each story. That. Is. Awesome.
Vince Vaugn/ Owen Wilson ?
A good friend of mine is friends with a friend of one of Tori Spelling's gay 'guncles'. Booyah!!
I miss FFF. Thanks VIP!
