Blind Items Revealed #5
February 23, 2015
This child actor turned A list director who is an Academy Award winner/nominee is usually a really nice guy but he refuses to pay up on a promise he made to some of the most underprivileged people in the world just because a film he made didn’t make any money. Apparently though, things are getting serious because he has hired bodyguards to keep him safe from some of their relatives.
Ron Howard/ A Good Lie
His films have really gone down hill. Rush was awful and The Dilemma was pretty bad as well-even though it had a great cast.
ReplyDeleteThat may be, but Apollo 13 is one of the most well-crafted films ever made. Textbook story arc.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the promise? The man still has money, he is no where near broke!
ReplyDeletewhat about the movie where the old people were young agian? Can't thnkof the name, but also a great film
ReplyDeleteCocoon?
ReplyDeleteCocoon such a good flick.
ReplyDeleteI thought Rush was great, but otherwise agree with you Derek.
ReplyDeleteWhy is a blind? It's a lawsuit since February http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr-esq/big-lawsuit-sudanese-refugees-claim-777368
ReplyDeleteDitto on Rush - I thought it was a well-told story.
ReplyDeleteWait..poorest people in the world are putting out a hit on him? This is bizarre.
ReplyDeleteI know, don't get that part. Would they even have the means to file a lawsuit? Unless they are connected to drug runners here maybe.
ReplyDeleteI would think he could exchange the cost of security for the cost of riding a check. Those former Israli snipers can be costly vs a check to some of the poorest people on earth type money...Enty ...side eye.
ReplyDeleteRiding a check? hahaha
