Easy Easy: What A-list reality star who is still technically married was in Dubai over Memorial Day weekend for a "beauty conference"? Is that what they're calling it these days?

ReplyDeleteIf she has a conversation about cosmetics at any time she's there - it's a Beauty Conference. She conferred about beauty.

ReplyDeleteKhloe K http://www.timeoutdubai.com/mobile/knowledge/news/63631-find-out-where-khloe-kardashian-is-staying-in-dubai
ReplyDeleteDanger is her business.. if it pays well.. ugh
ReplyDeleteMy first thought were, "Beauty conference? I thought they wore burkas? That makes no sense. But so does hiring her for the other thing." So basically I was stumped and went on about my day.
ReplyDeletewho would pay HER?
ReplyDeletePer her IG and her hair stylist's IG, Jen Atkin, it's Jen's hair seminar that is happening in Dubai and Khloe is her hair model...
ReplyDeleteThe women there wear makeup, want their hair styled. nails done.. shave.. and dress nicely under their robes and veils
ReplyDeleteNo wonder middle eastern men think ALL western woman are whores!
ReplyDeletef**k off!
ReplyDeleteReally! That's your only response!
ReplyDeleteI am currently dealing with some very wealthy middle eastern men from Qatar. AND, they believe western woman are whores. AND, that's directly from them!
So, f**k off! is the appropriate reply? Okay! The next time I am talking to them discussing Las Vegas real estate investments and the subject of them paying western women to have sex with them, I will be sure to let them know that applepie says: f**k off!
#TagYourSponsor! Hasn't this kind of become an inside joke among those in-the-know about single women jetting of to the UAE (on a private jet, nonetheless) for a long weekend or week at a time and posting pics on Instagram of their 5 star hotel suite, lavish meals, gifts of shoes, clothes, and jewelry? They opine how beautiful Dubai is and what a wonderful nightlife it has. The one thing missing from those Instagram pics: A like-minded travel companion or the wealthy Middle-Eastern male who financed the trip. @David knows exactly what he's talking about. Certain Middle-Eastern men know what they want, have the money to pay for it, and speak their mind with little or no concern for whom they may offend.
ReplyDeleteEwwwww, who would pay Khloe for sex? A blind man?
ReplyDeletewhy dont you blog about it on your brappy site you like to plug???
ReplyDeleteAt least my "brappy?" site tries to help people make money. Yours just looks like it is trying to rehash other people's hard work.
ReplyDeleteAnd, by the way, Royal Graffiti, very, very seldom have I plugged my site on other people's blogs.
I visit this site because I like Enty's content.
I appreciate the nod, TheCousinEddy.
ReplyDeleteThe middle eastern man I am dealing with owns 39 hotels worldwide and he is considering acquiring a Las Vegas Resort. It will be a while before it is announced because middle eastern business men like to take their time when it comes to making a large financial decision.
sorry, did you say you were dealing with really wealthy middle eastern men?..almost missed that, got it now! Ta.
ReplyDeleteThere you go again, applepie, misstating what I wrote just a few comments above. I wrote. "very wealthy middle eastern men."
ReplyDeleteSo, you completely, "missed that." There was no almost involved.
Can't we keep the comments civil and respect other's opinions even if they might not suit our personal taste, beliefs, or opinions? Personal attack should never be the go-to move. I know I've posted plenty of things that probably rub folks the wrong way or aren't of the popular opinion and I welcome dissenting civil replies, but the name-calling and personal attacks that some commenters take towards others, is really silly. Yeah, yeah I get that this is the internet and trolls are a given in any forum, but seeing some regular commenters consistently bash or attack certain folks on here is a bit disconcerting. Personally, I usually don't come back and read the comments after I've posted but, occasionally I'll get a notification in my inbox that somebody has commented on one of my posts. 95% of the time those comments are positive, or in agreement, or at least innocuous. Those that aren't, I usually just ignore and move on. Hell, I enjoy reading perspectives from different people that I have not a real clue about who they are other than random tidbits they may drop about themselves in their posts or links. I wouldn't have known @David was in the commercial Real Estate game in Las Vegas had it not been for his link to his website. I now see David as having a somewhat inside perspective on all things Las Vegas, at least as it pertains to his comments and insight on CDAN. Others on here have their obvious "inside" perspectives based on certain geographical or professional backgrounds or other criteria. I guess what I'm trying to say is post your comments, keep it civil, and let's leave the playground taunting, baiting. and bullying to the grade-schoolers and real-life bridge trolls.
ReplyDeletePorta-Potty Khloe.
ReplyDeletei guess it's okay to call his wife a whore because "All American women are whores"

Really! That’s your only response!
I am currently dealing with some very wealthy middle eastern men from Qatar. AND, they believe western woman are whores. AND, that’s directly from them!
So, f**k off! is the appropriate reply? Okay! The next time I am talking to them discussing Las Vegas real estate investments and the subject of them paying western women to have sex with them, I will be sure to let them know that applepie says: f**k off!
i work for a football agency that also deals with clients wishing to purchase or invest in premier league/championship clubs - we have a "very wealthy" client based in Qatar and although i was told i would never be involved in business trips with this particular client (due to my gender!) i have spoken with him and his associates and they have been extremely polite and accommodating. Havent been told anything from my colleagues on whether these men think all western women are whores but women are definitely not held in same esteem and i imagine they would not be impressed to have to deal with a woman on business matters. but what @david is saying will certainly be true to a point. and yes, they take FOREVER to come to a decision, this deal has been going on for over a year now.
ReplyDeleteand if khloe k is actually doing this (as her sister Kim did allegedly years ago) then she's not doing much to change perspectives over there.
but yes, lets please stop bashing each other and bash these fame whoring celebs instead!
You are absolutely correct. I overreacted to internet trolls who are just trying to stir up trouble. There are more important things going on in life that require our attention.
ReplyDeleteMoving on...
This one was quite predictable--I was more interested in hearing about why Megan and Cindy McCain are there this week too.
ReplyDeleteThat's all well and good, but as most of them are probably married, I don't know if their wives are doing handstands and backflips for being with tricks. An American woman can't be a big whore without a Dubai man with money willing to trick it off on her.
