The date of this A+ list mostly movie director who has been in the news recently was asked to cover up when she tried to get into an event with the director this week. Apparently she was not wearing a bra and the top of her dress was see thru. The director gave her a couple of hundred bucks and told her he would call her later that night and sent her on her way.

so basically he directed Rush Hour movies and a couple of other somewhat successful movies. A+ means critical and box office success with some awards....
Not only that, but since when did nipples-through-a-dress become scandalous? I mean since 1967.
Ratner is A+ list? I can't name a single thing that he's done other than date Serena Williams.
Usually I agree with your points, but I don't think A+ director necessarily means awards and critical acclaim, just name recognition and box office $$$. I'd say Michael bay is or was A+ too, and he certainly ain't winning any awards! Well, no good ones anyway.
Looks like the Rush Hour series is where his big time rep comes from.
I agree he is not an A director. And unless there's pics proving otherwise, I suspect this is Eastwood and his PR convinced Cdan to reveal it as someone else. (Or alternatively Cdan figured Ratner is less likely to care)
If the Hercules referred to is the one with The Rock, it was a horrible disappointment and waste of a good man.
It would be funny if the scenario Riven suggested were true, i.e Eastwood getting a reveal as someone that's not him.
If a director can get people to go see a movie based on his or her name, I'd say that equals A list. I don't go for the likes of Ratner or Bay myself, but a lot of people do.
Ratnet is A his company finances all of warner brothers movies bad well as countless others. He works every 2 years directing movies with movie stars. Nuff said!!!
No Joe, not nearly enough is said. Please list all these movies he has DIRECTED in the last 10 years with all these stars. Oh sorry you can't! There's only 2 and those were 8 years ago. Because he's more prolific as a producer, you're mixing up the films he throws money at with the films he actually makes. And he's a fucking shitty director. Nuff said!!!
