Everyone knows she is a brilliant songwriter. The thing is though, no one wants to work with her for fear of ending up in a lawsuit. So, no one is buying her songs and no one wants to record with her.

A BRILLIANT SONGWRITER???? well, look out Joni Mitchell---good grief!
IKR?? lol
"brilliant songwriter" threw everybody off because they actually guessed brilliant songwriters until easy peasy guessed Kesha and mentioned her mom too.
??? So what she said about her ex-producer is BS
One word: HUUUUUUUUUH?
No, French Girl, I think that what she said about him was correct, but the music industry is so full of sexual predators that they're afraid she'll sue them, too. That's how I read it--she's being punished for reporting her assault. (I agree with the others that "brilliant songwriter" is a bit of a stretch for her).
Well, then maybe they should just WORK with her and get their rocks off on their own time.
Whether you like pop or not, Kesha has had a solid songwriting career since she was barely out of high school. Among other things, she wrote Britney's "Till the World Ends," which was not only a chart success but widely considered one of the best songs released that year.
Didn't she write a Katy Perry hit too?
