This foreign born former B- list mostly television actress from a middling hit almost network reboot that has long since ended is back home for the holidays. But, our actress/wannabe singer has spent the entire time shacking up with a married producer of a television show that is filmed there that she wants to be on.

    -I think @Lila Fowler means Arrow is the show Jessica Lowndes wants to BE ON that's filmed in Vancouver..
    -She was on 90210 (the rebooted almost network tv show that's long over now).
    -Jessica Lowndes wants to be on "Arrow" or "Once Upon A Time" or "The Flash" since they're all filming...OUAT has a ton of viewers & is on Network so screw big or go home Jess!!!
