Blind Item #5
I'm not sure how this former A+ list tweener even came up with the crazy spin about his health condition, but he needed some story that was long lasting because he is not going to stop using meth anytime soon.

Justin Bieber and his neck rash
Yeah odd neck rash
Mac Culkin
Of course is a neck rash not sensational enough.
Because it couldn't possibly be related to that huge wing tattoo he just got on his neck. He's such a toad.
Brian Austin Green and his "inner ear" problem that keeps him from working.
Zac Efron. He keeps hinting he has been sober for three years .Hiding his face at times on 'vacation' with his beard and hints at eating healthy.
Makes sense since Zac has skinny coke and meth legs.
He did cover his face in some photos.
Justin Bieber skin issues and not to mention he has lost so much weight which is making him look like a gaunt. With his deteriorating appearance and extreme erratic behavior these last several months its coming more apparent that he is definitely off his meds again and self medicating with street drugs & alcohol.
Zac Efron sounds right, he looks like a mess at Griffith Park on Saturday
