One thing I really dislike is when an actor has somehow managed to bamboozle his fans or the public into thinking he is some great guy when the reality is he is an a-hole. Such is the case with this foreign born A- list mostly television actor. He has appeared on foreign hit shows and also had a run on a network show here which was a hit everywhere in the world but the US. It was kind of meh here.
On his biggest show, which is a long running foreign staple, he screwed over his co-star so bad emotionally that she has practically quit the business. When she does work she is a shell of the person she once was. He played so many head games with her while stringing her along and having sex with the woman who was publicly his girlfriend. That girlfriend he screwed over not only by cheating on her all the time but threatening to tell the world some of the stories she told him in confidence. He blackmailed her into having threesomes and sleeping with friends of his. Oh, he gets worse. He started dating this foreign born B+ list mostly movie actress who was also on a hit television show. The thing is he still wanted to enjoy the ex so he blackmailed the ex until two months ago to keep having sex with him. He finally stopped when his current girlfriend found out and threatened to leave him. The guy is so bad that when he would blackmail the ex for sex he would make her call her boyfriend while she was naked and listen to her give an excuse why she was going to be late or miss a date.
David Tennant?
ReplyDeleteco-start he dated sophia myles ?
ReplyDeleteDavid Tennant
ReplyDeletehe is married now though
ReplyDeleteI was thinking it was a Dr. Who but I cant make anyone fit yet.
ReplyDeleteMatt Smith
ReplyDeletelily james for the girlfriend
ReplyDeleteHe didn't have a US network show, did he? And from everything I've ever heard about him, he's suppose to be a lovely person.
ReplyDelete*supposed
ReplyDelete+1 Ex being Daisy Lowe...don't know who costar is
ReplyDeleteOhh yeah, forgot about the the network show part....
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was x factor but don't know who that would be. The office, based on a british show, was a huge success here as well.
ReplyDeleteBut Dr. Who is actually sort of a hit here. I was thinking Ricky Gervais? With Extras being the show?
ReplyDeleteMatt Smith went to my university and was a nightmare to girls there. He took girls back to his, asked them to do something humiliating, and if they refused, he'd kick them out. I can see him doing this.
ReplyDeleteI think Tennant has been married for a while to his current wife. They have three children. I'm sure hoping it's not him, even though it sounds like it could be.
ReplyDeleteThis had to be outed. Go on Enty! Give me another reason to hate Dr. Who.
ReplyDeleteDavid Tennant. The network flop was Gracepoint (US remake of the successful Broadchurch).
ReplyDeleteHe did Gracepoint here last season which was basically Broadchurch.
ReplyDeleteThat was David Tennant, not Matt Smith.
ReplyDeleteDon't have a name but tempted to research Australians. Most of them started on the long running soaps there (i.e. Home and Away, Neighbours).
ReplyDeleteI thought this blind was about sandy brook when I saw the title.
ReplyDeleteYeah I don't think it's Dr.Who actually....I keep going back to East Enders but with a cast of hundreds like 30 years it's tough....
ReplyDeleteRicky Gervais?
ReplyDeleteI thought it might be Tennant but he's married to the 5th Doctor's daughter Georgia Moffett.
ReplyDeleteHe was my first thought too, but I don't think so since he married his co-star back in 2011. But other than that, he fits the label of a guy that everyone loves!
ReplyDeleteSomeone from Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norelle or Atlantis? Or Merlin maybe? They seemed like they did better over seas then state side.
ReplyDeleteI don't think the guy is from Doctor Who. The work clues would fit Tennant but as mentioned, he's been married for years. I don't think Smith has the US series plus none of the female co-stars have practically quit the business. Capaldi & Eccleston are both married.
ReplyDeleteI like Tricia's idea of Eastenders (mostly just hope it's not one of the doctors).
I guess you didn't accept his apology, and that you hold grudges, so that title is about you, Alby.
ReplyDeleteSomebody needs to start a website to humiliate this shit and someothers others like him
ReplyDeleteTheDirty.com They've got Jesse Metcaffe and Mark Cuban on there today.
ReplyDeleteDidn't see it yesterday Snark,Thanks for pointing it out I was wrong.
ReplyDeleteSandy, thank you,we're cool on my end. Accept my apology for this cheap shot
please and I'm sorry
ReplyDeleteIdris Elba, Luther.
ReplyDeleteNo problem Al.
ReplyDeleteJohn Cusack
ReplyDeleteagree w/ montana girl. Idris Elba
ReplyDeleteThanks, sandy and Al B, for the best example seen on this site of good sportsmanship!
ReplyDeleteJamie Dornan
ReplyDeleteAll the details point very strongly at David Tennant apart from the current girlfriend mention (he's married with bunch of kids) and he has been subject to a few juicy blinds over the last few years about his liaisons and known to have been romantically involved with guest stars and a lot of crew when on Doctor Who (at least according to the Daily Mail). Matt Smith is a total sweetheart and doesn't fit this as doesn't have TV resume as wide as Tennant. If Tennant, there will be lots of disappointed fans as he always plays the nice guy family man card and talks up his happy family credentials at public events. Sounds like him but the girlfriend thing is the bit that doesn't seem to fit, so maybe not.
ReplyDeleteLooking at this again, I think this is meant to sound like Tennant - the nice guy bit and the long running foreign show but probably someone a lot more obscure. Don't think Tennant but by making people think that, likely to get more clicks on the site. Tennant always strikes me as being a bit dull and white bread TBH.
ReplyDeleteThe other thing that doesn't fit about Tennant is the costar who's supposed to be a shell of herself and hardly works now. Billie Piper's on her second series since Who and Freema Agyerman (sp?) has been on a couple of series as well. Catherine Tate is a power unto herself -- not a shell. Plus she worked with Tennant again on stage a few years later. BTW Gracepoint bombed out everywhere, not just the US.
ReplyDeleteHow about the star of Elementary, Jonny Lee Miller?
Yeah. Parts of it make it fit Tennant but the girlfriend, not wife and the screwed up co-star doesn't work. All of his female Who co- stars have gone on to further success. Trouble is no- one else is a closer fit. Apart from Tennant, nobody else comes as close and even Tennant doesn't exactly match all the clues. Gets lots of comments when it looks a little like him if you really squint!
ReplyDeleteMichael Sheen?
ReplyDeleteI hope it's not David Tennant, though the clues seem to point to him. I loved him in Jessica Jones ("almost TV?" --on Netflix), which isn't mentioned above.
ReplyDeleteI have started watching Broadchurch recently, and am trying to figure out why someone thought it would work well here in the U.S. While I like a few of the characters, I don't find the show to be very engaging, and think it would not appeal to a broad U.S. audience at all.
Except that he's been dating the same woman for the last 20ish years.
ReplyDeleteThere's no way that Sarah Silverman would put up with that sh*t.
ReplyDeleteMatt Smith
ReplyDeleteCo-Star: Possibly Alex Kingston (imdb gets pretty scarce past Doctor Who)
Ex: Daisy Lowe (currently dating Thomas Cohen)
Current: Lily James (born in England, hit TV show being Downton Abbey)
I know some people who are family friends with David Tennant, and apparently he's a wonderful person. Matt Smith, on the other hand, I have heard some less nice things about. Also, he called Karen Gillan a 'five out of ten'. What?
If there are two people from Who who you will NEVER find mentioned negatively they are Peter Capaldi and Matt Smith. Peter's rock n roll past is well documented and he is happy to discuss it and otherwise he is a total darling IRL and deeply committed to his fans, work and family. Matt is also lovely IRL and is adored by everyone he has ever worked with. Hard to find two better regarded British actors anywhere. David Tennant does appear on gossip boards but nothing recently AFAIK, so don't think this is him.
ReplyDeleteHa - actually I think Smith is being too kind to the horrid Gillan. I'd rate her a three. Hope he was instrumental in getting her off DW. She was the Worst. Companion. EVER.
ReplyDeleteMatt and Karen rib each other mercilessly. She's a total doll as well. Hard to think of such a high profile show where there has been so little scandal from the talent in front of the camera. Tennant has had his indiscretions mentioned occasionally but seems to be able to keep things out of the media but generally, the actors are all hard working, keep their heads down, keep themselves out of the headlines and seem to treat everyone around them, including fans nicely. Not too many other shows can boast this.
