Our favorite annoying couple are back and this time they have cost fans a ton of money. It turns out that our actor had an appearance outside the country but canceled at the last minute and fans were unable to get a refund. The thing is, he knew six weeks ago when he planned another trip with his actress wife and another couple that he would not be appearing. He didn't want to go to the appearance. If he had said so six weeks ago, fans could have got their money back.

it's obviously Ian & Nikki because he cancelled Brazil TVD con last minute when fans can't get a refund. His reason was the ZIKA virus when there's even a Summer Olympics happening in Brazil soon and there's cases of it EVERYWHERE so.....
This is so weird, it's like Ian literally turned into another person ever since he got together with that fame-hungry woman. Is she mind controlling him or what? I could have understood it if she was an incredible beauty of legends men go crazy about, but she's average.
The weirdest thing is that he looks awful. Exhausted, nervous, lacking his sense of humor. How comes a man who fascinated with his wife looks so unhappy?
Another load of bs by a pissed Nina Dobrev fan. Firstly, this trip wasn't planned 6 weeks ago; LB (Nikki's friend) is planning a trip to Majorca in the SUMMER and this isn't Majorca. Secondly, fans could never have got a refund if a guest cancels, they book for the con not for individual actors (see T&Cs people!). They can however get photo op and autograph op money refunded or transferred to the replacement guest. And thirdly, EVERY reputable health organization is advising against travel to Brazil for pregnant women, partners of pregnant women or those planning to get pregnant in the near future. Would you risk the health of your unborn child? Thought not. Grow up Dobrevics and find someone else to harass and bully.
And fourthly, the con isn't until this weekend and Ian/Nikki/friends have already ended their anniversary vacation, so guess you were wrong - AGAIN.
No idea, @Lila but what you're describing sounds like some heavy drug use. Maybe they've upped their intake or something. It turns formerly nice enough people into appalling, selfish monsters.

Sounds @shitterjunkie is one of the people you can classify as a "blind Stan" who refuses to accept that celebrities will take your money. Cons don't refund money if the celeb cancels last minute, which he did. He still gets paid but the the people who paid don't get anything. Plus the fact his foundation to make a sanctuary still hasn't gone anywhere, then just a plot of land and tax statements have pointed out that "people's expenses/donations" go toward nothing but the sanctuary.
The fact you say even had to state the word "Nina fan" just proves you are defending the Ian blindly.
Also you've obviously haven't been to a con, some cons have specific tickets/badges/packages specially for an actor. Like a gold package can include a photoshop/meet and greet/etc/con entrance to meet a celeb. So people who paid for certain badges lost money they will never get back.
@shitterjunkie aka Somereedspecial - do you ever tire of endlessly defending an idol that will never appreciate or notice you? . His actions of late speak volumes that he doesn't give a rats a$$ about fans. He used to be likable, but that's changed since getting involved with his wife. I was a huge fan of his, but not anymore.
Ok, I contemplated not even responding, but since you took the time to reply to me, I thought it only polite I do likewise. Where to start though....
1. Refunds. Here is the extract from the organizers own site explaining how to apply for a refund for Ian related activities. "As atividades avulsas adquiridas com o Ian serão também automaticamente transferidas para o novo ator confirmado, porém aqueles que optarem pelo reembolso da atividade, conforme descrito nos Termos e Condições em seus itens 5.2 à 5.5, deverão solicitá-lo diretamente a Daydream pelo email reembolsova@gmail.com até o dia 04/05/16. Os reembolsos serão feitos até 30 dias após a data do evento." So no-one has lost money. And no, if a guest cancels, he doesn't get paid.
2. I am neither blind nor am I a stan. I used the term "Nina Dobrev fan" because these lies, inaccuracies and malicious gossip are all started on twitter by people with Nina Dobrev as their avi, Nina's name in their UN, posts on their TL referring to her as a "cupcake", "queen" or goddess", endless Delena posts or sometimes someone who is an ex-fan of a guy and still here for a girl... That's not being a blind stan, that is just using powers of observation to reach a reasonable conclusion (something you pissed Nina fans might want to try sometime).
3. As has now been shown, Ian did not go on a vacation that was planned 6 weeks ago instead of attending the con, nor have fans lost "a ton of money"... So yet again, this BI is in fact BS.
You are CLEARLY heavily invested in the activities of a couple who you CLEARLY dislike, forensically examining their every move, interview, post on social media (and their frends/colleagues/family too) in order to grasp on to something to criticize them for and spread negativity about them; I would like to say "whatever makes you happy", but tbh if that is what makes you happy, it's actually pretty sad. #BeKind
And wrong again. Flattered as I am, I am not Somereedspecial. I don't have any idols, I don't defend Ian (or Nikki) endlessly and I don't make comments on here to be appreciated or noticed (a frankly bizarre concept tbh). Doubt he will miss you as a fan though; I live in hope that all these ex-fans choose to go on their merry way and never mention Ian or Nikki again instead of constantly looking for things to harass, bully and hate them for. #BeKind

And obviously you do defend them endlessly, hell I couldn't even read that novel you posted. Ask yourself why you get too invested in fighting with people on the internet for two people that likely don't give a crap, and why a few comments not favorable on here make you so angry ready to fight? I am so out of the loop. I can't imagine an event where people PAY to see the likes of a minor celebrity like Ian Somerholder. If it's a charity event, I understand that.

Little did they know the Sactuary isn't happening anymore, and instead, they are going to let locals use it as fishing access and add a bathroom. Do Ian stans know that he fired employees through an email. He didn't have the consideration to tell them in person or even call. Do you guys know that the ISF only have vonlunteers working for them now? Meaning, all the money they get from fans go straight to Ian and Nikki.... And if you see all the posts former employees from ISF, you'll see the real truth about Ian and his family. The Ian you all see in interviews and cons is far from being his real face. The moment you'll all realize this, you'll all see what a real jerk he is...
Even if he is a jerk (which I'd never believe a year ago), what brings him together with Nikki?
What makes him protect her even when he is losing fans over it?
She lacks charm, manners and brains, that's obvious from a single video where you hear her speak. She is a liar, that's obvious from just a few interviews full of contradictions and thinly veiled attempts to flatter her own vanity.
She mistreats her own dogs, wasn't Ian an animal lover, a true one?
Why did he make her the director of ISF while firing Kim who's been there for years and always seemed to make pretty good points?
