This former A list television and movie actress still has not learned her lesson. She has been reduced back to the lowest level of on screen acting and she still was a pain to everyone on the set.

Infomercials are low, wait til she winds up on QVC or HSN
Isn't she doing kitty litter commercials? Isn't that Heigl playing the cat psychologist?
For some reason, I get the feeling that Katherine Heigl might have BPD but hasn't been diagnosed by a professional.
(My daughter who has been diagnosed with BPD, tends to be very difficult when either my wife or I forget that she doesn't have a "normally wired brain.")
Some big stars do shopping channels. She is doing a kitty litter commercial. It's funny though. Keith Urban, lman, Mariah, all do HSN and they are hardly D Listers.
David, I was just thinking that she must have some mental illness to have not figured out that she has to play nice now.
I've seen that commercial only once. It was very painful to watch - she looks quite perturbed.
Some of the money is for her animal charity so it stays funded. I give her a pass.
Yeppers, I don't know if it's better or worse than the Nyquil commercial.
Borderline personality disorder? That would make a lot of sense (and make me feel some empathy for her, which is a first.)

Many times my daughter just doesn't realize that she should 'play nice' as you call it.
