Today's Blind Items - Who Is The Closeted Former Child Actor

From Reddit

I am an actor. Well-known. A few of my movies are among the top-grossing in history. I started out as a child actor and fortunately have worked ever since. I hate my fans. Appreciate them but hate them. I hate them because they hound and harass me. I am not an attention whore. I don't tip off the paps, party, etc. I usually enjoy being by myself. I can't even be open about being gay. What really irks me is how fans call me by this character's name and start touching me and asking for pictures like I am one of those guys dressed like a Transformer on Hollywood/Vine. Don't get me wrong, I'll always chat and take a picture with a fan if they are cool or for a young fan, but most people are assholes.

I hate the way they ask me for money and think I have money. I see these sites where fans will say I am worth like $20 million. BITCH PLEASE. I am worth more like $4 million. And I don't even live a lavish style. Far from it. I may get four movie offers ranging from $1 - 4 million. I probably take a quarter of that at the end. Most often I turn down the higher-paying movies because they will do the most damage to your career. Sometimes I won't get any offers. I have tons of expenses. I have to pay lawyers, accountants, family, etc. Don't even get me started on taxes. Also, if I ever become disabled or can't work anymore, then I am f**ked. They think that I can get them work. No I can't. That pisses me off more than anything. My life is not that glam. Most famous people are not that interesting. They're uneducated. They're ignorant. They're paranoid. They're full of themselves.

  13. "how fans call me by this character’s name and start touching me" I think that is an important clue. Someone from Magic Mike or something that is like that. If you know what I mean.

  14. The sad thing here is that I can help this actor make some money a year without him having to work/act -- like about +/-$60,000 a year for a +/-$700,000 purchase price.
I know it's not much, but as I have said in past posts on my blog, it will help cover some expenses.
AND, the Tenant pays most if not all the Landlord expenses. It's called a Triple Net (NNN) Leased Investment.
These have very, very little Landlord responsibilities, plus you will earn (or lose) any equity value of the property value for the time you own it.
Anyway, you can complain on Reddit about your lack of money/value or contact me. I am NOT going anywhere.

Dude isn't complaining he says people think he's really rich (and he's only wealthy) and hit a bitch up for some of his cash.

At 700k down and 60k a year..you would need more than 11 years just to break even. That's IF the property value stays consistent, there are no disasters, and IF you are able to maintain a tenant in there.

  27. Well I can vouch for his comment. Even as a lowly stage actress I had audience members in my face, strangers getting awfully familiar with my person waiting at the stage door and general ick. I had suitors who were entranced at the famous by association thing ("I'm dating an actress!") and the weird belief that somehow fame =money. No no and no. Serially unemployed and constant expenses that ran high ( photos hair makeup costumes classes etc) plus cuts into your pay, union dues...and the fact that you may be flavor of the month now but next month you're chopped liver. Let's just say I'm glad I left the biz.

I googled it, and it said his net worth is $18. I'm not sure where "it" gets its info from, however. It also said that the Harry Potter kids -- Harry, Herminone and Ron -- are worth $110, $70 and $40 million a pop.

Whoever the internet troll is posting with your handle doesn't have it.
Anyway, just because I think Trump is unqualified to be President, doesn't mean I am wrong. I just think he's the wrong choice for a position that requires tack and patience to get things done. He's a bully who invalidates people who oppose him. (By the way, Trump calls his Las Vegas tower a success. I know it went into foreclosure before being saved by Phil Ruffin.)
Anyway, I realize that 99.9% of people who follow this site are NOT qualified for anything that I do, yet just yesterday (Monday), I met with and toured some properties with a Hollywood Business manager who had attended the BMA's on Sunday. He was invited by some of his clients. While here, he wanted to see first hand what was available in his price range.
So, if he does end up buying one of the Las Vegas properties we looked at, I will call it a win -- without having to invalidate anyone in the process.
    I appreciate your input.
    Best of Luck, Malibuborbee!

Doesn't care about poor African fans.
Says people still think he looks like a teenager.
Sounds like an overall asshole in general.

I doubt it is Elijah Wood, Taylor Lautner, or Macaulay Culkin.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Airhead7:57 AM

I think Taylor might be too young, the way this person wrote, it sounds like they have had to deal with their past fame for years and years. Also top grossing films, sounds like Lord of the Rings. The language sounds like it belongs to Wood more than Launter. Also don't recall Wood ever getting involved with someone like Swift who would increase publicity.

    ReplyDelete
  75. It's definitely Taylor Lautner.

yeah but that quote fits Elijah Wood just as much if not even more.
He's 35 & looks 18 yrs. old still. He's been in movies since 1989 in Back To The Future 2 when he was 9 yrs.old; He was also in Radio Flyer at 11 yrs. old, Flipper at 12 yrs old, The Good Son,North, etc...

Wood and Lautner are both good guesses, as I can imagine they get called "Frodo" and "Jacob" respectively ALL the time. Plus, both of their franchises were popular with young people and both were child stars.

I think it's Elijah, though. He worked a ton as a child. This guy says he's definitely not a teen, and though Lautner is not a teen either, he's closer to that age and would probably still take teenage roles. This guy sounds older - old enough to be bitter. Plus, when has Lautner ever been on TV on his own dime?

Also, this guy says he doesn't use beards to cover up the fact that he's gay. Lautner and Taylor Swift had a very publicized relationship.

If this is Taylor, he seems like a good kid. If he wants the fans and paps to go away...the only way is to quit the business. Overtime, people will stop. Actually...they kind of already have. Eventually, people will be like...oh, you're that guy from that vampire movie. Cool.

I do know celebs have a lot of overhead. If they're getting a mil for a movie, they're basically making 500K after taxes. Then they have to pay 15% to their agent, 20% to their manager (if they have both), make-up, hair, security, stylist, travel, taking care of family members...and every day living bills. The vultures surround people who make money, and want a piece of it. So glad I'm not a celeb.
