yes, Matt Lauer is getting booted after his Olympics coverage this summer. NBC refuses to pay $20 million annually for an aging TV anchor who the upcoming generations associate with their parents watching the news in the 1990s.

Actually, Zbigniew Brezezinski is a lovely man. He's not fomenting for the US to go to war with Russia but he's an old Russia hand and his advice in these matters should be listened to with respect.
The "Joe Scarborough and His Murdered Intern" story has always fascinated me. Whatever the truth behind it, it took him out of politics for which we should all be profoundly grateful (although with the loons the GOP has nowadays we may be wrong about that).
I did have the impression that Joe and Mika were an item but I'm not sure why. I rarely watch their show.
@Malibu: I agree about George's wife, she's God awful. I can't imagine how what he can possibly see in her. Monica Lewinsky was throwing herself at him first!
