You know I have not even seen the first one. I tried, I admit it. Just could not get through the first "sex scene". I've been more tantalized getting my teeth cleaned at dentist. True story.
ReplyDeleteShe's on the same track as her mom and Goldie Hawn anyway -- light, funny, sexy movies with no real substance and she'll be done and gone in this industry in less than 10 years. She'll age herself out like Kate Hudson and Drew Barrymore. It was such a mistake to take that role.

ReplyDeleteI think Dakota will be fine. She's been in movies before Fifty and she has at least 3 movies lined up after Fifty and when all is said and done, she was basically the only good thing in the first movie. Dakota has a great sense of humor and personality, Kristen Stewart not so much. Maybe if Kristen smiled a little more and didn't act like the world owed her anything, she might be known for more than the Twilight girl. Not sure what people's problems are with Dakota, but she seems like a nice girl according to what all the fans say about her.

ReplyDeleteAnd the others you mention make their light, sexy funny persona their shtick. In public, they smile, look like they might be fun people - even nasty wench Melissa McCarthy understands how that works. That's why they get cast in those films. No one likes a dour, vacant 'funny' person.

Went so far as to say Dakota writes in these blinds about her having an affair with Jamie Dornan. Kno Won is probably one Dornan's people or his wife. He or she is very obsessed with saying shit about Dakota Johnson.

ReplyDeleteSo many nasty comments about a young woman working hard trying to make movies. By the comments on here you must be supporters of Dornans wife or just miserable, hateful, jealous people. If you have bothered to hear any interviews with Dakota Johnson you will hear how humble she is and how she herself says that she watches other actors she works with and learns from them. Give a little love instead of being such nasty people.
ReplyDeleteYou don't need to trash Kristen Stewart to say nice things about Dakota. Kristen has always been into indies, & has actually racked up quite a few critics' awards for her performances - including being the only American actress to ever win a Cèsar award (the French version of the Oscar) for acting. She hates paparazzi, so she doesn't smile at them - but she smiles plenty in fan pics.
ReplyDeleteI don't know anything about Dakota, but while she comes across as exciting as oatmeal to me, I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt (as long as I don't have to watch those "50 Shades of Wannabe Porn" crap).
The same will happen for Jamie Dornan. Him maybe even more than than Dakota. Dakota has a bunch of other movies she's suppose to film this year and next that are different than fifty shades. She also did a comedy. I think she will be okay.

I don't remember any other blind where the comments felt like they were written by the people directly involved in the lives of the subject of the blind and/or their coworkers............ You guys should really have better things to do. Like, hire a decent marketing team to promote the next film in the franchise - I watched the first one very recently (accidentally basically) and lo and behold it's a decent movie apparently killed by bad, bad press, the marketing team had to work harder to counter the prejudice and position it correctly on the market
ReplyDeleteShe won't be known for only this one role, if she does any other movie. It's not as popular of a movie series as twilight. There's also no such thing as a Greghard...but there were loads of teeny bopper, obsessive twihards. Also, when I think of Dakota, I think of her mom and dad.
