I'm guessing health wise at least for the person he is with, this MTV host probably should not have been smoking one joint after the other while his significant other sat next to him in the car that brought them to the show. Our host was wasted out of his mind when he arrived.

Think it's Khaled. I saw the pic of Nev's pregnant wife, GF whatever but he seemed fine. Khaled was his usually stoned annoying self. Can't believe they let him be the pre- show host (and thooughout show). Worst telecast ever.
