Blind Items Revealed #6

November 15, 2016

This studio spent a record amount of money to get the star of their upcoming tent pole movie a very public accolade. Usually it is just about the right favors. This time though it came down to cash. A lot of it.

At least he makes sense as a choice. Not a lot of them do.

Still a better option than Ryan Reynolds.

Clearly the pool of eligible celebrities from which to choose Sexiest Man Alive has dwindled significantly in recent years. The Rock isn't bad for bald, muscle bound, and middle aged, but..

Nick Nolte was pretty sexy before he decided to start emulating his Down and Out In Beverly Hills character in real life. In the 70's, after Rich Man, Poor Man, he was considered quite a heartthrob.

People magazine is ridiculous. It's like reading press releases with pictures.

  11. So KneePads is being paid to P.R. The Rock to mommies who might read People and then shuttle their little ones off to 'Moana'?

I don't think a middel- aged man can be a hot sexistman alive. And I love The Rock.
It just isn't happening. 36-37 is maybe the top age to appeal across all age groups to considere sexsisetan alive. Just saying. You don't see a woman getting that spot at 47 do you... A wait, Jen Aniston got it and I'm sure it was paid for too.
But congrats to The Rock. Couldntv'e happend to a nicer guy.

At least he seems like a nice guy. Better than most they pick.

I usually go for guys in their 40s. The ones in their 20s are too pretty, in their 30s they're too cocky. Around 40 the good quality men really come into their own. That's when Redford & Newman were at their hottest. Think Gregory Peck, ClarkGable, Cary Grant, etc.

  15. Yep like 20 years too late. Thank goodness he is stil yummy and an even better guy to boot. At least it's not Clooney or Pitt or some other guy who's won like 20 times.

  16. Never found this type of guys attractive, bald, too big, too scary and too old (I'm in my twenties, so yes, he's old for me). Women usually prefer Ryan Gosling or Chris Hemsworth type, I actually never met any woman who likes The Rock. Most of his fans are male.
