That married A list director with a very unique style of dressing has a very tiny assistant who accompanies him everywhere. Everywhere. Well, except when he is back home with his wife.

Martin Scorsese?
"Unique" makes me think of Tim Burton, but he's not married.
Kevin Smith? If he is A list
Guy Ritchie
(First thought was Wes Anderson but he has a SO/not married)
Scorsese would NEVER!
I know a couple of people who worked as extras on sets of his (one in the 80s & one this decade) and both said he was the absolute nicest, down to earth man they've ever met. Between takes he would walk over & have lovely conversations with them. Nothing ever fishy or uncomfortable.
it would be sad if this was Spike Lee, but he doesnt dress weird except for his newsboy caps and extensive glasses collection
Paul Feig is famous for always wearing a suit when directing/promoting and has been married for over 20 years.
Wes Anderson fits for everything, except he and Juman aren't married, they've just been together for years.
How tiny?
One of the Wachowski sisters. I knew on was trans but when I googled them I saw that both are now. Lilly and Lana, formerly Andy and Larry.
Chris Nolan and Sam raimi also always wear a suit when working
Would Enty be so politically incorrect to refer to the Wachowskis as "he"?
@ms Anne Thorpe
Well I know someone who worked on The Delarted and all the extras were instructed "not to stare at Mr. Scorcese" so apparently he's not as down to earth now
Terry Gilliam. They aay he has a "facination" with little people. I don't know if he is "A list". I don't understand that stupid rating system.
He carries her around in his pocket like in "Midori no Hibi".
Perhaps Tim Burton? He has that crazy hair sitch and some generally artsy looks.
Tom Ford if you change the spouse gender
Baz?
David Lynch?
