Damian Lewis-Billions/Homeland
Maybe with Malin Ackerman-Maggie Schiff is married and might add that
Dan Stevens?
Hugh Laurie
This blind could be about thirty people since "A- list" and "pay cable hit" cover a wide swatch. However, Dan Stevens seems to be the most likely fit (among the possibilities). His cheating is well known, he's been in the press recently for both Legion and Beauty and the Beast, and Legion is a newly minted hit although much less so than Downton Abbey.
Fun game to play at home, which doomed marriage will officially end first: Eddie Redmayne, Dan Stevens, or Jamie Dornan?
Isn't Legion on FX though, not really pay cable... Damian Lewis is a good guess.
Rebecca, you have to remember that pay cable is anything not on broadcast. So, yes, FX would count. Also, Billions is not a hit for Showtime. In fact, some were surprised that even with the pedigree it was renewed due to its meager ratings.
Continuing my previous thought: Billions' last airing 0.32 demo and 1.013 mil viewers (0.33 demo, 1.098 mil viewers season average). As I wrote, Billions is definitely not a hit.
What about Dominic West? The Affair now, The Wire previously?
According to wiki...Home Box Office Inc. HBO. Cinemax.
Showtime Networks. Showtime. Flix. The Movie Channel.
Starz Inc. Starz. Starz Encore. MoviePlex.
Studio 3 Partners. Epix.
Pay television - Wikipedia
Network, almost network, cable, pay cable...
Pay cable in Enty speak is HBO, Showtime, Starz, or Cinemax. Almost TV is any streaming like Netflix or Amazon Prime. Almost network is CW or if it's an older blind the WB or UPN. Cable means anything that's not on the premium channels like all the networks listed above.
FX is basic cable . Not premium or pay on the US. Damian Lewis works best since there was a blind or reveal about his last costar Claire Bland Danes me him getting it on. It's his thing I think.
What is AMC considered @Yep?
Cable.
+1 to all of the above, and to reiterate for purposes of this blind, "pay cable" = any channel that requires an individual monthly payment subscription to view.
We have a record here on CDAN. Rebecca (or Yep/Golden Eye/Austin) writing multiple times to back herself up. No matter how many entities you compose as, you are still wrong. In both the blind's identity and your understanding of television network classifications.
Trulie, not sure what you mean, but I am neither Rebecca nor Golden Eye. Are you afraid of learning something or what? You are incorrect. When ENTY uses the term "pay cable" HE absolutely means - individual channels that require a monthly paid subscription to view. It's been that way for as long as this site has been in existence. Clearly it's not the way you think, but it IS the way HE thinks, and what HE means when using the expression in Blind Items.
Right Austin/Rebecca/whomever else you decide to be. Same tone, paragraph structure, word choice, etc. And all you are proving is that you can't handle communicating on a comments section of a website. There's nothing to "learn" because you aren't "proving" anything of value other than your own personal deficiencies. In other words, grow up.
Have it your way. Think what you want. But since you're so sure of your superior knowledge, I hope you'll be just as ready to humbly apologize when this blind is revealed and you realize you were the one who was wrong.
So everyone here should expect none of your confirmed identities or whatever new name you spring to pop up here, per your words. Yeah, we'll see how long that'll last. Now back to actual contributions from people whom have real knowledge and positive participation intentions instead of silly drama.
The silly drama is all yours. You've taken this to conspiracy theory levels. Go back a few days on this site and read through the comments. It won't take long to see that me, Yup, Rebecca, and Golden Eye are not the same person. Whatever Trulie.
So it took mere minutes to go against your word, good to know. We get it. You are wrong and can't handle it. Nor do we care what tin foil conspiracy you've concocted to prove your "innocence." In fact, your protesting just illustrates my point further. I'm curtailing it here because no one wants to see another twenty plus posts composed by whatever identity you assume chronicling your meltdown.
Yikes.. I wish you the best Trulie.
Pay cable distinguishes the premium cable channels from basic cable channels. It's not rocket science.
Definitely Damien Lewis and Maggie siff they have chemistry on the show where as Malin is more like his sister
Also wasn't Maggie's last baby supposedly by Jax aka charlie hunum from soa days
Oh and billions is the sh..t take that over love and hip hop any day well written and well acted
